Of all the Meditations i've found online, this 10 minute body scan is by far my favorite. Linda, there is something about your voice and the way you guide me through the body that is so soothing. Its one of the only body scans where I'm able to stay focused and take advantage of the full effects. I use this video regularly now to relieve stress and anxiety. Thank you so much for this. I am truly grateful for it :)
