This is a meditation to help calm down mind and slow down a little. It is also a discussion around the triggers of anxiety and stress. Ways to assist you to moving away from anxiety and accessing the vagus nerve. Moving to the parasympathetic state.

In this meditation we move from the sympathetic state to the parasympathetic state. Leaving the fight flight freeze for the rest and digest. the vagus nerve allows us to move from stress to ease.
