Im so sad it’s ending. I remember when I started watching it and I absolutely loved it. I watched the season 3 finale in Greece. Hope there will be many spin-offs.

That actress does resemble young Winona Ryder, but a lot of us older people know exactly what she looked like at that age. She's been around since she was a teenager, for all of you kids who only know her from Stranger Things.

Happy that they are doing the play it's supposed to give clues to the 5th season...Do Hopper and Joyece know more about Henry Creel than they have said or do they connect the dots in the 5th season that Vecna/ Mind Flayer / One leads to Henry? I'm looking forward to the 5th season I'm a little disappointed that Will is going to have more screen time I feel they showed his struggles during season 4 but it did start with his disappearance. I think Elle is going to end up leaving in the end and go on to the Upside-down so she can keep the creatures there under control and her friends safe.

What are they gonna do for this show? Is it gonna be like a teen drama type of thing cause these characters didn’t know anything about the paranormal activity

I would love if they show Robin's parents and they're played by Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke!

After watching Gen V from The Boys universe, I'm excited to see a well done spin off series of Stranger Things now.

I wondered if Susan (Max's mom) also lived in Hawkins in 1959 (like born and having spent her childhood and teenage there) and possibly patrticipated to mkultra, it would explain some things and have hard implications for her and Max

The age difference doesn't really matter. When you're watching a stage play, it's totally different than watching a tv show. It just doesn't feel as weird having older people playing younger characters, or younger people playing older onces

I believe Stranger Things is definitely going to become the next big pop culture franchise. It has already established itself and has been around for over 7 years which is crazy. Imagine how big it would’ve been if it had been multiple movies, I mean it’s already super popular but imagine how many people would’ve watched if it appeared in cinemas. In my eyes it may just become the next Star Wars in a sense. Just with the Duffers hopefully making better decisions than George Lucas selling it to a corporation like Disney and hiring terrible executives, which ultimately ruined it. Therefore I believe that spin-offs are likely to happen after season 5 of the show.

Honestly, saw the play last night it is INCREDIBLE! I think it perfectly weaves itself into what exists and is a really good example of a prequel done right

i dont think the joyce character's young version looks as much like her as you think she does....their noses are completely different. New girl has a wider flatter nose, winona has a thinner pointier nose.

I dont have a problem with the actors from the play being different than their netflix counterparts, but you saying they look similar is INSANE. none of the actors look closely to the original

My friend auditioned for Henry Creel but didn’t get a call back and in the criteria to apply you need to be over the age of 16. Plus he got an email with loads of confidential information with preview dates e.c.t he showed it to me and I know the preview date.

Well i dont uderstand what "stranger things" could happend in the past like in the prequels bc we know that they never experience something wird in their lives until season 1 right? Bc qhy they never talk about something like "oh yeah remember highschool when we saw the first demogorgon" ... you got me? I dont uderstand what caind of story they can tell us

That new cast at the start is for the musical. Not the show. If you slow it down, you can see one of the cast members is a “swing”. So no it’s not for the new season

Seen the show in London it is amazing and we are going back in May and it's been extended to run till December

I still don't know what this show is supposed to be about. The adult characters learned about the upside-down and the world of the supernatural in the events of season one. So, are we just going to watch them be normal teenagers in high school?? No supernatural stuff????? I really hope that this show is actually going to be about the MK-Ultra stuff and young Henery Creel, and Joyce, Hopper and Bob are all going to be secondary or even tertiary characters. I don't want their stories to be retconned to place them in the middle of some supernatural event, but I also don't want to see just a boring regular ass show about high schoolers. I want to see some Stranger Things horror.

While I kinda like the idea of a prequel play the new actors look nothing like the OG characters. Your Papas/Ryder comparison just doesnt work for me. They look nothing alike.

I'm kind of happy for new stranger things, but I'm really worried that it's just going to ruin the original because there's going to have to be some weird stuff happening when they were all kids that none of them said one word about in the original show. So either they're going to have to break the Canon or they're going to have to do some stupid prequel movie shit where they all lose their memories in the end oh

If they going to tell the story about the characters parents when they were now I'm getting this vibe that they're going for the time travel it will be a Terminator reference and back to the future reference Season finale stranger things season 5 the final season is going to get a time travel somehow and it will change the timeline I'm sure this is going to happen

If they want to go way back since their parents were young they should use time travel for example to avoid vecna from doing damage to innocent people so they could stop him somehow and they could reunite their parents to save the future and also from preventing vecna from harming others why not stranger things Shadow as a prequel for time travel and then a spin-off could take place in the future somewhere in the beginning in the early 2000 why not that is not that bad as an idea

New content - Good (probably) New cast - It would feel weird for me (like, imagine someone other than Emma Watson as Hermione) Though I don't think Finn Wolfhard wants to be edited down a few ages again. (Looking at you It chapter two)

I don’t know why they limited themselves to five seasons… The show is such a success and the fans love it so why end it prematurely?… The prequel is fine… But everybody knows when you make a show everybody is expecting what they love… But it’s a completely new cast so it just won’t hit the same… Case in point Game of Thrones. Possibly one of the biggest shows of our era… But I’ve never heard anybody talking about the prequel that came out… We just love our beloved characters who we’ve grown to love. That is who we want to see. That being said, I mean… Why not? I’ll definitely try it out and watch it… I like the whole premise of supernatural stuff… It really comes down to who they cast… They have big shoes to fill. I like the idea of maybe 11’s mother and showing what happened there. I’m not going to go in with my hopes up though so hopefully I’ll be pleasantly surprised. It does not surprise me they are doing a prequel… Stranger Things is the biggest show on Netflix and a complete Jugrnaut… Making tons and tons of money… Of course they have to capitalize on that somehow!
