The astral projection took me a while. I had body shakes, I felt tingly all over, then I dropped the fear, instantaneously my body bcame numb. I kept repeating in my mind "THIS FEELS GOOD". AFTER REPEATING THIS, I ASKED GOD TO KEEP ME SAFE. IT WORKED. I FELT A HERK SENSATION, THEN FELT MY FACIAL MUSCLES TWITCHING. SUDDENLY I WAS FREE. I SAW MY LIFELESS BODY, I JUST STARED AT IT THEN ANGEL GUIDES GRABBED ME TOOK ME TO COSMOS. I actually got to see stars. I was afraid at first, I had to let go, let go of everything. THIS IS SPIRITUAL. IT FELT TOO GOOD TO BE FREE FROM EVERYTHING. OK NOW I MEDITATE EVERY DAY.

This worked, thank you! The only thing I had to do was add a command for myself while I felt I was close to having it happen but was struggling a bit. There was a perfect moment when I was lucid enough to realize it so I told myself “when I snap my fingers I will leave my body” and my astral self snapped and I walked right out of my body and was in my house then out the front door! Thank you! 🏆You rock!

I feel like this worked. I went out the window of my room, walked back in through the front door, looked in my parents room and saw my cats, then headed to the kitchen, went through the roof window, and was on my roof. I looked at my tree, and then jumped down safely. Heading back through the solid door, I went back into my parents room, out their door, and saw where my cat was buried. Just as I was going to try and see my cat, the meditation guided me back to my body, and I was mildly frustrated, but went back to my body, before the countdown finished. The whole time, my eyes were twitching like crazy, and I saw the golden cord connecting my physical and astral body several times, and occasionally looked from my body, and back from my spirit. I felt my eyes twitch open open occasionally, and despite no light being above me, I saw light above my physical body, maybe the golden cord or something. It was really cool, and I enjoyed it. Thank you! I have also done hypnosis before, which helps with this spiritual hypnosis you had me do. My body is still tingling a little.

I tryed this morning without much expectations. 18min in and still nothing so I started to think that this is just BS...But just a minute later I “popped out” and I saw myself from above. Not very clear, but still. Seconds later I fell back in (I could even feel the “thump” when I landed) and all because my phone was vibrating 🙄! I’ll have another go now! Have a great flight y’all! I thought it wouldn’t work at all, but then I felt tingly little by little, I felt something leave my body, then I started to feel numb slowly, felt floating and started to hear a male voice but in a language that I didn’t recognize; I asked God and my spirit guide for protection, but my fear didn’t let me continue and I tried to stop it. After all of that, I feel more spiritual, lighter and curious. I’ll do it again tonight.❤️

set your timer to 3 am and after you wake up..go back to sleep. you will have an astral projection as long as you have had a meditation before you set the timer.

Have you considered video recording your physical body when you do this? Hi Sarah, I find this one a keeper. I like to listen to it almost daily and nod away, depending how tired I am. A few times I found myself outside my body though only for a second besides where my imagination takes me which is usually far away and a nice experience. It certainly helps me relax to the point of sleep paralysis which is awesome, I feel super rested afterwards. Thank you so much, I think it is really good for my health to get that relaxed, it improves blood pressure, veins...rejuvenating! It is one of my most favorite youtube meditations these days. Kudos to you!

Weird. I was wide awake, passed out as I was getting relaxed, then woke back up right when you said come back to your body. But remember nothing in between.

Astral projected after the video was over. I just imagined I was outside and when I looked up at the stars, they came alive. Next I was at my bed floating out of my body. Imagining the stars has worked for me very well. If your primed right they just come alive. It's awesome.

I’ve been trying this for a long time and use a lot of your videos. I believe this may be the one a few nights ago that finally got me to have an obe… it was letting go of awareness and then coming back to awareness that was a big game changer for me.. the picture in the video that’s exactly how I felt that I was floating and moving around and I couldn’t see idk if it was beicase my room was dark or because I didn’t open my eyes. I didn’t want to open them I thought my body was yes would open and it would wake me from the obe

Thanks for this awesome guided astral projection meditation. I felt my body becoming part of the world, and my third eye took place of my ego and became my eye to observe and scan the surroundings. It moves and flows like a little sperm(don't know if it's the right way to say it but you get what I mean). Took me to a world filled with joy and light, nothing else. Just pure love. Would do this every day. Just really enjoy hanging out with my higher self and all those beautiful guardian angels, who made me a better human being and help me expand this human experience on earth. I'll find my purpose and make it happen. Much love!❤

When the golden I stood over my body laying face down with a golden glow and wings of light in my back. I scanned the room and seen everything around starting to light up as I was looking. I then walked to the back sliding door and starting to dance as I stepped to the grass and jump off flying into the sky to meet the Burning sun face to face, as we were getting closer I could start to see signs that made me believe that it was a portal to another world and I did go thu it only to meet myself during a nap in the sunlight just like what I was doing in the real world. Can’t remember much more until the end b4 I woke all the way up I remember flying out the sun when she was counting down and back to my body , but I got there faster and I just had to gain more control of my bod. By the time The video ended I was fully replenished with a 50 min nap that felt longer than usual

i have one Problem doing these Guided Meditations, my Body starts itching everywhere and i have to swallow my spittle every few seconds or so, that really distracts me and i cant let go of my physical Body.. what should i do agai st that?

Hi Mahamad. I've heard that this is a way of the conscious mind not to relax, so you can instead use these to your advantage, you can say silently, "with every itch I scratch my body calms and relaxes more until I am no longer aware of any urge at all" or something to the effect that you will 1) relax with every itch rather than stay fully alert and 2) the itching will go away. Be patient and practice this a few times to condition your mind to this. I do mention in other recordings that it is okay to move and readjust at any time, so you can also add this in, but you also want to be specific in using the itching to deepen your relaxation here too. I hope that helps.

Think Yourself Slim i tried it, and it works pretty good with the itching, but thr swallowing the whole time still gets me out of relaxation whenever it happens. Do u have any tipps against that or what should i do?

Hi Mahamad, glad there's progress. If you normally find yourself swallowing as you go to sleep, for example, then lie with your head raised or in a relaxed seated position, with neck and head supported so you are not holding them up but are not completely horizontal. Please let me know how that goes.

Mahamad Kader Try using lotion on your skin and remain in a semi-lying position. It is a form of meditation so don't try to do anything.

Put your tongue to the roof of your mouth doing only nose breathing. I have a similar issue. Think of the itches as your bodys way to check if you are asleep or not and notice them. but then go back into your focus on breath and your meditation. It takes work but you'll get there.

I think I just successfully astral projected listening to this but I'm having doubts now! Can you please help clarify wtf just happened? So I felt totally relaxed and heavy, and then the vibrations happened (this has happened a couple of times but didn't go beyond that). Today however, I was no longer afraid of the vibrations and just went with it. Then the vibrations got stronger and I kind hear swooshing and then a loud ping noise for 20 secs or so. As the noise goes on, I hear some people whispering on my left ear in language I didn't understand. I ignored and then felt my body getting lighter as if I'm floating up. When the noise stopped I opened my eyes and saw myself lying in bed. However I wasn't wearing what I'm actually wearing to sleep. Anyway I didn't stay long and tried to go through the door to my kids' room. I couldn't go past the door. I had to open the door which I did. I went into my kids' room to the bookshelf as I wanted to see if I could read. I found three books in a shelf and tried to read but couldn't. I can't explain it because they are alphabets but kinda jumbled up. But one word "Gel" stood out so I made a mental note to remember so I could verify when I am awake later. Then I closed my eyes and willed myself to go to NZ (we lived there for many years but now live in Asia). When I opened my eyes I am in a city which FELT like NZ to me but looked nothing like that. In my heart I knew it's NZ but for some reason it's nothing like the NZ I knew. I needed confirmation so I looked at the shops doors. A lot of them says New Zealand with a phone number on the business doors but it's only 6 digits instead of 7 digits that I know of. Long story short, in my travel I willed myself to meet with some old friends which happened, they look younger than they are now, and we even talked. But the places which we met at (for example I went back to my old house in NZ) in my heart and at that plane I knew it was my house but in reality, it looked nothing like the house I used to live it! I guess all this made me doubt if I actually had a dream or did I actually astral projected? The swooshing sound and loud screech/ping in my ear was very, very real!

Can’t say for sure. Damn close anyway. The schwoozing sound is as a result of hypno Gaga or papa. That’s sleep paralysis and these sounds are often associated w it. Happens to me. Dint like it. Frightening. But look it up. Happens when you’re drifting off to sleep or upon waking

I kind of succeded , but i don't know if it was real , it was feeling like an old movie scene , i was in my house , blurry image , wobbly legs , i went out of my house , that scared the dogs ( i don't know if i was just imagining ) it was hard to fix the focus of my eyes it was like setting a telescope, some times the scene was inverted , then i decided to go to a place , then i started flying , i took of like a plane slowly and swiftly and then started flying out of control as if i was a jet fighter , i can here the voice of air in my ear ( wooooooosh ) then i kind of lost and started to here some unknown voices , and then i shouted the word back and i felt like i was back , but wasn't able to open my eyes. And after few seconds i woke up and felt drained out and low on energy .

I was starting to leave my physical body, and then my cat came into my room and meowed really loudly. I woke up and couldn't move for a few seconds. It was strange.

Sleep paralysis of the physical body is common in OBEs. It takes a few seconds for the astral body to merge back with the physical.

One more important thing, do stretch and release of all your muscles in order to loosen them up. tight body will have you hanging somewhere. I had experiences where only my legs were floating.

Very true! That one thing, stretching before I lay down, helped me enormously with getting sleep paralysis. Also, anyone who is having problems should try Yoga Nidra! I just found this amazing tool which has taken me to some amazing places. I have done some mind blowing things! The goal is to explore consciousness between sleeping and waking, very much like AP!

I listened too this last night and didn't fall asleep too it but i found it very relaxing and within the hour of falling asleep i had an OBE it was like as soon as i started dreaming the very split second i started too i was lucid that i was lucid that i was lucid i'm serious and i walked outside and flew up into the air and flew out and landed somewhere like an apartment complex that doesn't exist in the physical and theirs some parts that are personal but i wanted too enter into it and see whats inside and maybe meet some astral people but this grey and white old dog ran up too me too attack me and i woke up, and this was an hr after i fell asleep and i wrote it in my OBE journal.

First time listening was before I went to bed last night. I woke up 2 hours later after having a semi scary dream. Then I remembered I was supposed to be lucid dreaming. After I went back to sleep I was lucid for the rest of the night until I woke up in the morning. Super fun. Thanks.

I've been trying to astral project for a long time now (almost a year...) going from method to method and I still can't get out of my body. I get relaxed but no matter what I do, I can't seem to escape my physical body. I'm not afraid, I'm not nervous, I just can't get out of my body. Please help! I want to do this so badly!

First off, stop watching TV, listening to rock music (best if none, but soft and light ambient music is OK), and go on a spiritual revival - give your self break from distractions. Yes, that means no more gaming period! Start with awareness practice during the day. Keep checking on your thoughts, body movements, emotions, feelings, learn to observe without judgement or attachment. When thoughts arise then refocus and let the thoughts and feelings pass by (sounds like story of Moses - let death pass by ;) Also learn to meditate. Starting meditation is called anchored awareness - simply focus on observing one thing (rock, your own hand, plant, candle, or any object - observe then close your eyes until the object disappears from your mind, then observe again and then close your eyes and recall the image in your mind) In the beginning you will notice that your mind will start to get bored and will try to pull you away from your observation, just refocus back to observation and let any thought pass with out attachment or judgment. Keep this effort short 2-4 min in the beginning and work your self up to 10 min at a time - preferably at the same time of the day when you know you will not be disturbed. Build on this by opening your awareness by observing your thoughts - again with out judgement or attachment, then also add observation of your feelings and of your body functions. This practice will help you expend your awareness and slowly you will also learn to control your mind. Our mind is a tool for us to use. It is not a grand central station where anything goes when ever. You do separate from your body when you are in the deepest state of sleep, we all do. The ego must be pushed out in order for the body to heal. Those who are ill also lack in sleep - it's a wishes cycle. Second practice visualization, recall what your hand or any object look like in your mind with your eyes closed. Try to imagine a ball of light, of any color except black. You can learn to coat your body with blue or green light, it suppose to be beneficial for our health. Try practicing mantras out loud vowel sound of IM, EM, OM, AM, UM are helpful. Pace your breath. The point is to learn to keep your consciousness up while letting your body to fall asleep, your consciousness will shift to your higher body (emotional or mental - preferred as you will not experience fear) or just into energy body responsible for keeping your physical being alive in this reality - in this case you just going experience moving about in this physical reality but in your mind only. Do self analyses of your thought - emotion - beliefs patterns - do not criticize, seek understanding how they relate to one and other, when one belief system no longer serve your purpose transcend it with new belief system that serves you better. Remember, you have chosen to experience the belief systems you have attachments to. Once the lessens are learned then you can transcend them. By practicing these skills alone you will begin to have more lucid dreams, and hopefully OBEs. The deeper your body goes to sleep the higher your consciousness will climb. What Methods have you've tried? I Suggest meditating with mantras they have been proven extremely effective for me for astral projection, specifically the mantras "OM", mantras temporarily activate the chakras and make it easier to project. good Luck! Google "mantras for astral projection" and find one that resonates with you depend on your out of body goal.

I haven't projected yet, but a few times when I was trying to, I'd feel myself start spinning and moving around in kind of a roller coaster effect...it was so awesome and of course sad when the ride ended. Anyone else experience this, or am I just weird?

RayneOfHavok that's step one, keep trying and learn to live in that place, balanced between freedom an contemplation, where your conscience is not tied to your body anymore. the more you experience that place, the less rollercoaster feel, but the more awareness to your subcontious mind's senses. it's difficult to explain in words. i hope it helps.

I listen to guided lucid dreaming every night that when I think about everything that happened it really feels like I went through it it was crazy and the weirdest thing I have ever experienced I was trying to change my dream to something else but I'm not that experienced yet I have been working on lucid dreaming and guided meditation also some actual projection for over a year now I've done the meditation for about 10 years. It is true when they say it it will get easier to do the more you practice. I suggest listening to it every night even if you do fall straight asleep that happens to me sometimes and I have very deep real dreams. Last night the one was scary though a man and a group of girls tricked me and they drugged me and put me in an apartment somewhere and would beat me and I could feel it I could see them but then they started leaving me in pitch Black rooms and when I would wake up from being knocked out I would try to find a way out the girls would act like they were going to help me but they didn't finally towards the end of my lucid dream a girl was there and she gave me directions on what to do to get the guy whoever he was to stop beating on me and leaving me in pitch Black rooms I had to eventually pull myself out of my lucid dream because it all got too intense and too real.

I heard a roaring sound and my body felt it was shaking..I felt my body or spirt moving and being pushed forward but no separation..I have had out of body experience when I was ill and my spirit separated without even having to try..now it's impossible

I float in a circle around ceiling of my room, but then become frightened and awaken. This pattern repeats and I cannot move past this. I do try to remain relaxed and convince myself to let go, but I am very aware of being consciously afraid.

It may or may not be quite new to you, so do be patient and don't push yourself too much. I can also recommend listening to this sleep meditation first which puts in multiple layers of protective imagery ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rZfLpJYHEdY.html. You can listen to it and utilize the protective imagery (aura, protective shield, guardian angels) that resonates for you before this astral projection session . Also be sure to focus on the positive energy you give out and positive intentions you have and you can also say "let in only love and light" throughout. Always respect your limits too. It may take time and other spiritual practice before you get totally comfortable. Hope that helps. : )

I try obe for about a year but can't seem to get it right.. Once i almost got out .. I can feel it but it seemed my heart is beating so slow every min and i wake up again. Hi I love your RU-vid videos, I try to relax but sometimes I can't close my eye's as feels like sensitive to the light but in the opposite way like if seeing light while eye's are closed, eye's pressure? Thank you for your comments. You might like my extended sleep session coming out on Monday which, coincidentally, starts off with a LOT of eye relaxation, using therapeutic techniques to make the eyes rest and relax. It's called Total Body Relaxation and Mental Massage. Look out for it in a couple of days. I appreciate all feedback, Caroline and it can be a new and strange level of consciousness. I've spontaneously started lucid dreaming a lot more often these last few weeks and as it feels new, I often wake feeling disconcerted. Nothing bad happens, but it's a different level of experience. I purposely put in the protective aura and the mantras of attracting only light, only the positive, to assure that it's as safe as possible as well as an adventure for the listener. I would say yes, because when you are in the Theta state. That's the first beginnings of falling asleep. The Theta state is One year born till you're about 8 years old. It's like a camera recording everything. You see hear touch smell. Everything it's just recordes. That's all it does. So it's mainly the frontal cortex. Then eventually you hit the next state of sleep. So listening when you're going to bed. It's good to listen to it. Even if you wake up because if you wake up you are now right back in that Theta state. So you're tired and you're drowsy when you wake up. You can go back to listening to it. It's the best time actually if you wake up like if you have to go take a piss. You are now awake. You're very close to the Theta State and you always know it's like in the morning when you wake up say early. You don't want to get out of it. Tell you try to roll over and try to go back to sleep. That is the absolute best time to start lucid dreaming or astral projection. Part of the reason why is the Theta state can be recorded over! A lot of rich people are people that are really enlightened. They will wake up at like 4 in the morning. It's the best time. You are waking up and you'll notice a lot of time in the morning as soon as you wake up. If you decide not to get out of bed as soon as you go back to sleep, you can almost fall right into the dream. You are having very easily. So want you train your brain to either lucid dream or astral project. In a lucid dream you come up with something that you can look at. It tells you you're awake. The point of a lucid dream or astral projection. Is to be able to realize you can create your own dream. Take control of it. When you do your in a state where you can do anything and if you realize you are asleep. It's almost like the movie Inception Leonardo DiCaprio had that little toy. Top Heat spin it. As long as the top would fall down. He knew he was awake. So it is really kind of like that. It's practicing it and then realizing when you fall asleep in your dreaming, you know that you're dreaming you're not awake. So in a way your brain. Thanks, you might be awake. Yet you're flying over buildings her jumping over cars or whatever. The dream is about. Once you get down pat, you can control your dreams. A lot of rich people have come up with inventions while lucid dreaming and astral projection. Frequencies have a lot to do with humans. We are electromagnetic beings. That's why were all linked together. It's an unbroken chain. I hope I explained that to you. I see you haven't got an answer in 10 months, I hope that helps you out.

@Christi Simcoe God bless you too and the universe. This is probably the best time and point for everybody to be trying to create a new form of Consciousness besides the TV. Turn off the TV and turn on your mind and realize that what they're telling you on the TV is it true the world is actually a much more kinder place if you turn the TV off. No thanks ever needed only try to extend a hand. In this world too many people when they see somebody down would rather step on their head and keep them down. That's not what a good human being part of the human kind does. A good human being would extend their hand and help that of a human up and they needed to be dusted off dust them off and give them a hug and tell them that they are loved. We may be in weird times it doesn't mean that bad things are going to happen their house of cards is falling very fast. I hope that you are blessed and all the dreams that you have and I hope you find what you're looking for.

Please scroll through the comments on this session and see if you can take on any of their suggestions as some have provided very detailed responses. Also I've provided some info for others, such as use what you become aware of as a trigger to relax. So do some silent repeating of "every breath takes me deeper into relaxation" or whatever sensation you become aware of. Eyes twitching may mean you are going into REM, or it may mean your conscious mind is trying to keep you fully alert, depending on the type of twitching. You can also try one of my sleep recordings first, as it sounds as if your conscious mind is struggling to stay in control. Hope that helps, Sarah

Don’t do it again until your happier, you deal with your “demons” Other beings are real and although I don’t understand how it all works when you are in a bad place or stressed you give off an energy that lets these demon attach themselves to you and your body. I’ve done lucid dreaming successfully, I was told looking up when you’re eyes are closed helps enduce this... though I did notice when My body is fully asleep.. my body tingles completely and my head is literally spinning and I get scared and wake myself up.

so lately, i have being feeling that while i am sleeping, my body wants to levitate but i somehow notice it and try to move so i dont give the chance to happen. it often shows like a feeling of sleep paralysis and at that moment my body levitates, or atleast try to. is that the state of astral projection, like is my body wanting to experience that? how come that i feel that almost everyday? like, what is the message behind my body and soul that wants to astral projecting? is there something i need to see? is something calling me for a spiritual trip? why do i sense the sleep paralysis almost every night???? and why do i hesitate to face it???

For me it was a very strange experience. Only my legs left the body. It was just like my legs were floating. While rest of my body was asleep. I heard people screaming for help and I was scared and tried to go back to the real world. What happened to me can someone explain this to me?
