One of my favorite things is how nuanced Connor's mannerisms are. You don't realize it until you see someone else attempt to act like him and fail, it's amazing.

If you look carefully, that's the -51 Connor jacket, which according to the wiki is the first Connor from the game, the one you play as at the very start. If Original Connor dies, a Connor with '-52' is sent after, then '-53' and so on.

Loved this. I’m such a huge fan of the game and am having yet another “phase” of obsessing over it, haha. Connor is definitely my fave and though I’ve always been interested in the technology behind video games, the whole acting portion of it that Bryan and Amelia talk about is so intensely interesting. Out of all the people Jack has hung out with that have big names, I really enjoyed how natural the video went and they all 100% treated each other as peers. In regards to how the walk cycles work in a game, as he described you need an animation for starting a walk, looping the walk, stopping the walk and each of those need to be done at least for the four cardinal directions. I work on a lot of games with this type of movement, usually as a first pass I would build 5 animations for walking, 4 for jogging, 4 for running and blend these together based on directional velocity. The fifth one for walking is actually a walk in place, that way I can blend from walk in place to walk in a direction allowing me to generate the starting animation instead of manually creating it.
