Einstein did push for the development for the atomic bomb, but later said: "Had I known that the Germans would not succeed in producing an atomic bomb, I would have never lifted a finger." Although he never really did anything with the development of the bomb (because he couldn't get clearance from the U.S. Government) He was sort of the mastermind behind it all- Something that he came to regret.

The thing is the Japanese is one of the most racist people in the planet. There is pretty much no race mixing in none of the Japanese islands, and foreigners (even of asian origin) are seen with xenophobic eyes there. I have many friends who have lived there, worked there and studied there - and it's not a pretty thing. With that being said, they usually do highly racist things but are seen as 'laid back about offensive things' when they're not. My point with my irony is that things are put into games with certain reasons.

I wanted to note this just cause of the Einstein and Edison comment. In Megaman ZX Advent, the Sage Trinity is named after Dr. Thomas Light, Dr. Albert Wily, and Dr. Mikhail Cossack of the original Mega Man games. This could also explain their action in the game, with Master Albert being the main villain, and The secret ending.

It sounds odd that Megaman Zero got a cero rating in Japan until you realize that the Japanese don't find their kids seeing gore as a big deal. We're just all a bunch of wusses in comparison. Its also why english dubs of anime sucked until about the early to mid 2000s.

The relations between Megaman X and Gun 'n' Roses didn't first happen when Megaman X5 was localized. Back in Megaman X3, you can hear "My Michelle" as Neon Tiger's stage BGM

I do not buy into the myth that the translator for X5 changed the names that way. Capcom has had a connection with Gun's n Roses since Final FIght 1 on the arcade or Snes. Two of the harder enemies in that game share the same design with the exception of a color pallet. They are named "Axl" and "Slash" the lead guitarist and lead singer of Guns n Roses.

There was blood in one of the anime cut scenes in Mega Man X 4 :/ It was when Double transformed. A character was shown with blood on their hands.

On the Mega Man Zero thing: ITS NOT BLOOD! It's Oil. The only reason the internationals censored it is because it looked too much like blood to be kept. But you're half right.Watch the intro of the first game. You should see the thing i was talking about when the resistance soldiers get killed. That, indeed was blood. even in the international versions you can see it. Just an interesting fact :).

Egoraptor, I have a feeling that the megaman game mighty number nine would be the parallel equivelent that to the original megaman series, since that the word mighty could have being used from the original beta title and reworked into the game that is running via kickstart

Battle network's story had run it's course. I love Battle Network far more than Star Force, but with a series like Megaman, they can only make so many stories as part of one Megaman series before it gets stale, so they made StarForce which has a similar appeal like Battle Network, but has a new story so the game-type wouldn't get old.
