[Ingredients]
Eggplant: 2
Shiso leaves: 2
Mentsuyu: 200cc
Canned tuna: 1 can (70g)
Chirimen-jiko: 2 tablespoons
Chopped green onion: 2 tablespoons
Chicken stock powder: 1 teaspoon
Edible chili oil: 1 tablespoon
Grated garlic: appropriate amount
Grated ginger: appropriate amount
[How to make]
1. Mix the mentsuyu, shiso leaves (finely torn), canned tuna, chirimen-jiko, chopped green onion, chicken stock powder, edible chili oil, grated garlic, and grated ginger to make a versatile marinade.
2. Cut off the stem of the eggplant, peel off the skin in 3-4 places, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
3. After cooking, soak the eggplant in cold water with the plastic wrap to remove any excess heat, then wipe off the water with kitchen paper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
4. Add the eggplant to the marinade, mix thoroughly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to soak up the flavors.
