Ingredients
200g chicken thighs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons yakiniku sauce
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
1 teaspoon katakuriko
A little salt
A little pepper
How to make
1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and leave for about 10 minutes. Any excess moisture will seep out, so wipe it off with kitchen paper, add katakuriko, and mix.
2. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and when they are half-cooked, remove them.
4. Add the chicken to the same frying pan and brown the surface.
5. Add the mixture of sake, mirin, and yakiniku sauce, and simmer until combined.
6. Add the eggs that were set aside and mix lightly.
Ready! Finished!
Since it uses yakiniku sauce, you can make it delicious without any mistakes.
By coating the chicken with potato starch, it becomes juicy without being dry, and by adding the eggs after they are half-cooked, it becomes fluffy and delicious, so
