See I don't understand why, especially when a woman is pregnant with baby #1, you are given all kinds of info- but when you get to Perimenopause, nothing is talked about! All issues that can come up need to be addressed when a woman gets to about 40. If Peri hasn't started at 50...go over it again. And by the way for gosh sakes it should be explained that it's THREE stages of Menopause, not two! I've been in Meno for about 9 yrs- it was wonderful not buying monthly 'junk' but a month ago just started have other terrifying surprises like last month: "gray water" what the HECK?! Glad I was on the potty. Then vaginal, eye, mouth dryness, vulva shrinking- I mean come on!!! I guess I can be thankful it didn't start till I turned 67 but when the heck are we done???? Never?? This is a super bad time too bc my husband passed away. 😢😢😢😢😢
