As for the SUV it depends on who it is insured by if it's the mother then her insurance if the Suv is insured by her daughter then her insurance. Also if the daughter is on her policy as a driver then the mother's insurance will deal with it . I can say this much it's a totaled the insurance adjuster will come out to Campbell's lot look at the vehicle and take pics and leave then it depends on what insurance salvage auction you have in Texas will have a tow company come out pay for it then they will pick it up and haul it to the insurance salvage auction yard .

This Mercedes...If you have the key and it has power, you can pop it in Neutral just by moving the stick. Depending on what year it is, which should be 2012-13 and older, the parking brake doesnt automatically engage. If it was me....Id grab the wrecker and free-wheel it off the flatbed if that parking brake wasn't on.
