A good fluid to use: Royco 756, used in aircraft, missles, and ordinance. Get it at your local general aviation airport. High class and cheaper than MB and others I have seen.. If the system collapses overnight it can be debris in the old fluid, the valve plus the springs holds the level overnight. Inside the valve the interface that sustains fluid pressure is metal to metal. Debris allows slow leak overnight to allow the system to lose pressure.
Thanks for the tips. Now to figure out why my new alternator doesn’t charge the battery. (Blue wire has voltage. Battery lightbulb works, headlights brighten when I rev the engine. )
