If we were in QB hell, Caleb would be a breathe of fresh air! But as it stands we have a chance to build one of the most dominate offensive groups in the history of the NFL! DJ Moore is a legit Top 5 WR, Kmet a Top 5 TE and we had the #2 rushing attack in the League. Adding a True Generational Talent in MHJ would give us the best receiving group week end week out and Justin ability to extend plays will make him a true dual threat! This could be legendary and all time great!

When the backup QB on USC beat the 15th ranked team in the Holiday bowl throwing 6 TDS, and Caleb was 0-5 against top 25 teams with 6 TDS, 6 INTS and 50% completion I wonder how much of Caleb is based on Lincoln Riley? He certainly thought so since he followed Lincoln to USC. He may be good or he may be average but I don't see 'generational'. I'd rather gamble on JF and surround him with better talent and support.

I've been a bears fan my hole life I don't know why the past offense wast a fields offense but what are we gaining with Williams not sure I say just put another round of picks with fields then two years from now we still have those guys for whoever there is out there.

Well put. As a father of two sons about CW’s age it would drive me crazy to hear people talk like this about my kids. My point is that CW is 22 and still young and the people who analyze talent should mind their manners. I’m team JF but but CW is special. He does have heart. The Bears don’t need him but there is a team that does. I believe going to Washington and working with a familiar face will give him the best chance. Good luck to CW.

If they were going to take a QG, they should have fully cleaned house with their coaching staff. Keeping Flus is, to me, a signal they will be trading for picks and keeping Fields.

I'm not going to take what Merril Hoge seriously because of what he he said was wrong. About how inaccurate of a passer Caleb is when he's on the run. Which is way off cuz that's by far his greatest strength. In the main reason why he will be the first pick in the draft.

Fields has dealt with the criticism from day 1 ,he remains a pro and mature something his Dad probably instilled in him he doesn't go on social media texting and tweeting he keeps quiet and grinds behind the scenes, Williams the moment something negative is said is all over social media about it...I can't remember any athlete that takes that much time addressing the negativity being great and mentally able to deal with Chicago media and flaky fan base...that says a lot to me about being a leader

I agree with Hoge. Caleb Williams is not a generational QB. I believe the Chicago is not the ideal place for Caleb Williams to succeed. First off, the pressure for him to succeed to immediate, he will need to win over the team quickly, Caleb's weakness is basically the same as Justin's. One of the following positions will miss-out on a quality or potential star player at... WR, OC, OT, DE because they draft Caleb. The Bears run game will take a massive hit and if you don't perform well the coaching staff will be let go. Now, the best choice for the Bears is to trade the pick. Draft Marvin Harrison Jr. Actually, get a second option outside of DJ Moore. Sure, up the O-line with capable/ hopefully good Center and OT/OG Depth. Bring in a 3rd receiver and a consistent running back the Bears will easily improve. You brought in a new coaching staff that has a proven track record that is better than Luke Getsy. Case-in-point... Look at the Commanders and Cleveland games. When Fields get consistent protection and Moore and Kmet at healthy, Fields is on point. This was the case in the Commanders and 1st half of the Browns game. When DJ Moore and Cole Kmet went down Fields struggled because of drops, players getting open but put them in position to win the game. Literally the ball in Mooney's hands.

Some of the outrageous demands coming out of his camp. Part ownership of the team ? Seriously? And my biggest concern is if anybody watched him play last year, knows he got eaten alive by teams blitzing him. USC lost 5 of their last 6 games last year. I as a Bears fan do not want to waste the number one pick on a qb when we have a lot of holes to fill on the Offensive line, WR, SS,LE. Take the haul of picks build the team .

It is incorrect to say Williams got better in '23. He was the fumble king of college FB if you exclude Appalachian State. I am Team Justin with a 1 year commitment. Anti-CW, too much risk. Up to Poles if another QB is drafted, just not at 1.01. Justin must have 1 more year to decide.

It’s not just this case, this channel does that in every single form to pump up Justin Fields. in the earlier video, the consensus is the bears need an unprecedented historic trade in return for the number one pick, which means it’s highly unlikely, but this guy somehow spun it into.
