The new Bears fans are delusional. Too many question marks plus rookie QB behind a finesse offensive line. And the Bears will have a target on their back now.
The Bears don't have a history of ruining quarterbacks. They have a history of getting bad quarterbacks. Name a quarterback that left Chicago and became a pro bowler
Don't be a homer, please. Odunze has great promise, but he's never played a down in the NFL, labeling him an "elite player" before training camp even opens is harebrained. Many WRs who were drafted in the top 10 and were considered can't-miss elite talent have bombed in the NFL. Comparing Odunze to Nacua right now is even more foolish. Nacua and Justin Jefferson before him as rookies both played with veteran franchise QBs. Odunze will be playing with a rookie QB, there's no guarantee Caleb Williams is going to have a breakout rookie season, he probably won't. There's no guarantee Williams is going to make it in the NFL. The Bears have a terrible track record developing 1st round QBs. Williams may turn out to be as bad as Trubisky and Fields before him. Contain your expectations bro, be realistic.
Welcome everyone to the city that does not work Chicago - you’re talking about hundreds of millions of dollars spilling over to local cities in business while Chicago sleeps once again, good luck Governor Pritzker good luck, mayor of Chicago. What a disgrace.
Bleeves I live about twenty minutes from the track location. A few towns southwest of there. A bit off the Elgin Ohare. You need to let me buy you Portillos.
They want to be publicly funded using taxes from the people, but none of the revenue/profit would go back to the people. McCaskeys being cheap doesn't help at all. As a bears fan, McCaskeys just needs to pony up the funds. I'd rather have them move into Arlington heights since those people can afford to pony up the funds.
3 mill is significant and we can resign someone on an extension, cut Homer and blasingame. Marcedes can run the blocking back role, shit give him the ball occasionally in short yardage!
We can restructure contracts anytime we want so if the Bears wanted they could sign a guy for 75M no problem. Hopefully poles makes these moves so trenches are shored up this year.

@@wr1791 True but moving 5-10 million isn’t a big deal especially since the salary cap is increasing, we got a QB on a rookie contract, only 2 starters are going to hit FA next year and the bears haven’t backloaded many contracts. The benefits>the costs IMO
@@JoshuaBetts5750 if it is just 5-10 million, sure. It all depends on Williams being decent as a rookie, not All-Pro, but league average or better. Two quality vets on shorter deals that are both upgrades, can’t hurt.
No kidding, when the stadium pricetag for the Illinois taxpayers went from 2 billion to 5 billion and you know it was going higher with the Chicago Corruption. ( Everyone wanting a piece) It wasn't going to ever pass downstate voters.
Bears fans are the most delusional fanbase. A fast majority of them said they would qin the North and Fields qas going to be an MVP and would sweep the Packers and that Love would suck. They were wrong about everything. Now they're predicting 12 dubs with a rookie QB. That's the most delusional prediction I've ever seen.
It’s not that deep. Pittsburgh has had 10 + wins every season no matter the QB. That is a winning culture can we please stop reaching for make believe controversy.
