The games are what would make it worth it to spend 1500 on this. Which means no. My dude I just bought a brand new washer and dryer for my home with 10 year warranty for 1400. No to that piece of cheap plastic with dollar store quality cameras in it.
I don't believe that this headset was made for only "gaming" but it's mostly for business. The businesses that really need a VR to experiment and whatever.
Its actually INSANE!!! that they made the events of SAO take place in 2022 which is extremely close to how virtual reality is today, of course were not full dived into the game yet where we can literally be inside the game, but its close…
It’s not really for gaming purposes, it’s more for work purposes, so it’s better to stick with the Quest 2 for gaming due to more durability and significantly cheeper price
It's required by law for sponsored videos to have #AD or an 'includes paid promotion' tag in the video. There is no such tag so this video is not sponsored.
@@marcusbruns9729 not really spying, all they do is collect data on the kind of movements you make in VR to improve tracking and the type of light most of the cameras pickup is IR light meaning they wouldn't be able to see much through the cameras in the controllers
@@MLockGaming They would have made way more money with a much improved consumer VR Headset for 500$ than this Quest Pro for 1500$ only for businesses. 100.000 consumer buyers are way more than 10.000 businesses.
I think I’ll stick with my quest two the pro does look really nice and slick and looks really futuristic, but I kind of like the feel of the quest two the pro still looks amazing though 😊👍
The bazillion cameras to “track the movements”. 😂😂😂😂 just Facebook with more privacy breaches waiting to happen. The cameras are to see your home because that sends “analytics” back to Facebook
@@notChocoMilk do you not remember the info collection and tracking leak Facebook had not even a year ago? Facebook isn’t very trust worthy. You should’ve really thought of why I said it, then replied. Don’t criticize before you think.
@@notChocoMilk Imagine arguing that Facebook hasn't already violated privacy laws before, on multiple occasions. Wow, you really are a special kind of stupid, the fact that someone as idiotic as yourself actually believes you're more intelligent than ANYONE is pure narcissism. I hate it when narcissists are allowed to continue breathing instead of being publicly executed.
@@justsomedude4469 The Valve index is still seen as one of the best VR headsets but it connects to a computer, the Pico 4 is closer to the Mera Quest 2 while also being fairly new, this one is just a more powerful Meta Quest from a company that wants to be relevant again That’s not to say it’s not one of the (if not THE) most powerful standalone VR headset available, it’s just that I don’t trust Facebook since they have been making a lot of stupid decisions lately and it’s cost them, so I’m not sure what they might try later on
This product looked so cool and at first I was a little confused why other companies weren't doing anything similar Then I looked up the price I'll stick with my broken rift S lmao
Literally lol. I use a quest 2 atm just because I like being able to play wirelessly sometimes or bring it to family's houses, but I've been debating on an Index for PCVR and those sexy ass controllers...
Everyone’s biggest problem about this headset is that the old headsets had a thing that wrapped around your eyes so you wouldn’t see outside the headset but with this one it’s all open in the bottom so you’re gonna be seeing outside the headset a lot
I actually like the rings around my controllers one time I was playing a VR game and I went to throw something on my controller came right off, but it got caught around my finger on the ring thing. It hurt a lot, but it didn’t fly off my hand.
1500 to get tracked in 4k uhd oled 360° with added expression monitoring, so when you look away from an ad, it can follow your eyes and gauge your response.
1500 I better have 4K screen 😂. I love VR but I have always told people if it ant 4K don't get it. The fact the screen is so bad like 1080 P but they still ask for 1500 is a major concern
I got the controllers after a couple months of the quest pro being out and I think I would recommend them more than the entire thing. Even though I’ve thrown them more times than I can count they still don’t have stick drift or are broken. But they are still $300. Just get the quest 3 at that point
My main problem with the quest 3 asside from the impact like you said is the tracking. My experience for tracking is different since i dont have the brightest house and i have long arms which can mess up the tracking. But it has been stated so many times to the point where it's a world known fact that the quest 3's controller tracking is a little worse than the quest 2. My recommendation is buying the quest pro controllers with the quest 3. That makes the quest 3 amazing ESPECIALLY with pcvr.
Honestly not a huge upgrade but the cameras on the controllers is a great idea - the amount of times I have had my controllers slightly behind me and they just spazzed out is too many
