Easy to follow. I lost 109 pounds (half the weight of a refrigerator) in less than 4 months and have kept it off since then. M bht try kr rhi hun but weight Kam hota h phir badh jaata h kya krun kuch suggest me sakti ho main m daily 30 min walk krti hun phir lemon water ya phir jeera water piti hun uske baad salad khati hu. Phir dinner me 2-3 hole wheat rooti aur green vegetables and 1cup pluses then evng me tea dinner me 2 bread and veggies
