You can do this easily. OMAD eggs, stake 300 calories+ 100 calories of vegetables. That's 600 calories. Do it for 14 days and drop 1 lb per week, then increase them slowly with low carb and walking.
2 slices of bread for b/f and 1 oats roti for lunch? I normally need four times these. better if you can add calories for each of the options you are recommending
kya chutiyap hai...for 1kg fat loss you would need a calorie deficit of 7500 cal... even if you fast for a day you cant have calorie deficit of 2500 per day.. that means 3 days fasting would make you loose 1 kg... now imagine what is this lady saying..

Based on your suggested diet, one will have a minimum of 1400-1500 calories and the diet contains a very large amounts of carbs and very less protein. This is never going to work for weight loss unless the person is super active and doing some cardio and weight training 5-6 days a week.
My diet plan is also almost similar to this but at night I'll have soup that's it for 10 days I have lost 3kg Morning total 1ltr water 1 glass, for breakfast oats banana half apple half pomegranate For lunch only 2 eggs with whole bread and for dinner soup
