No words needed, just follow along and you will be good. If you have issues check the forums for RPCS3, there is a ton of fixes you can do if you run into problems, and people have made patches already for lots of different little things that can happen.

Where do i find the especific patch files that i need to download? or just downloading an specific version i would get that?

It's in the video, the patches will download automatically through the emulator

maybe try redownloading from a different link on r-roms.github.io/ make sure all patches are installed.

Does anyone know how to fix the audio during gameplay? The cutscene audio is fine for me, but in game it's really choppy

To get to the part where you copy the patch you just right click mgs4 and select check game compatibility then click mgs4 on the page that opens

your game files are encrypted. Get them decrypted using ps3dec

So i am trying to play MGS4 but whenever i launch i get This "MGS4,SELF*Failed to boot from exitpoint(path),Error Invalid File or folder" this is all written in blue down section What i am doing wrong Can anybody help me fix this, i so want to play this game My Rig Ryzen 5 2600x RX580 8gb Ram 16gb

u could try moving the files to a different location or drive, include the game file in the same folder as the emulator. If none of that works maybe you got a bad file and need to download it it again maybe from another source... try to find pak file, check r-roms.github.io/

I don't understand, I have my mgs4 in .iso format, but my emulator is not recognizing it

I had trouble with iso. You might try right clicking and mounting it, then go to cd drive in file explorer and extract whatever is in there. But might have to just find a new download. Try to find .PKG getting the right file is 90% of the work here

If ur pc is decent and everything I would try to reinstall from scratch and try again. I know it sucks but will at least eliminate the possibility that something corrupted, which seems common here. The ISO/PKG is pretty hit or miss, you might try a different source. Also search RPCS3 for MGS4, they have a lot more info on the forums
