You’ve never been to Asia then took a trip to China a few years back before Covid the street food was fantastic heard great things about veitnam and Japan too. Korean is not to my liking tho.
I almost cried because this food looks so delicious, lol. Unbelievable the hard work that goes into this, from the beginning when they were preparing the food, to when the truck pulled away, to them making all the food in the truck. This is seriously hard work. Incredible!
Can't nobody tell me nothing about my Mexican peoples. They're some of the hardest workers ever and fast and consistent, especially if they have a family to feed. Proud to be blacxican!

Birria: my favorite mexican food. Remember when i went back to Mexico after years of living in the US and tasted birria again, it was like that scene from Ratatuile when the food critic remembers his chilhood.
@@George_RD of course they are delicious, but birria has a soft spot in my heart and stomach, because It's made only for special celebrations and don't need expensive cuts of beef, lamb or goat to prepare it...is something almost magical to me: transforming cheap meat into something tasty, juicy and tender...😋
@@George_RD yes I know Spanish, I'm from Mexico currently living in the US and I like American food as well, BBQ and a beef soup I ate long ago in restaurant are my favorite, don't know why many people look down on American food I know is not very diverse but I think it has hidden gems.
I worked/managed restaurants in the city (Manhattan) and I have such a great respect for ppl from the real deep south. For all the line cooks, prep cooks, grill cooks, most restaurants In the city cannot operate with out you, you guys are straight machines.
My Abuela was Mexican and my Mother is half Mexican and African American and I’m so lucky that I can eat Abondigas, Tamales, Macroni & Cheese and Collard Greens on the Holiday’s❤️🇺🇸🇲🇽🫔☺️
Respect to Mexican people, how they have endured so much and continue to display steady productivity. I have not tried real Mexican food, and I wish to one day.
I loooooooove Mexican food so much. I live in Mississippi and we don’t have ANYTHING like that where I’m at. There’s no food trucks, no Mexican restaurants, no soul food, no Thai food and no Indian food. We do have Chinese food. And then there’s your typical everyday places. McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, Domino’s oh and Waffle House which all are 20 minutes from where I live.
It's funny to see Mexican food made like this all the way up in NYC. I'm glad all the people up there can experience it also. I'm in TeXas and we know what authentic taquerias are.
nyc has the best food. nyc has a lot of Mexicans who migrated not just tx I live in Dallas and I grew up in nyc I seen more Mexicans there then here in Dallas
I love Birria tacos. I learned how to make them from my neighbor, she cooks the way her mom taught her. I love her food. I was si happy when she said she would teach me how to make Birria tacos. So far she has shared with me a few recipes and I am so appreciated that she has taken the time to teach me. I like making diffrent things, because you can get bored cooking and eating the same things every day. Great video. It looks like this was recorded in New York, I could be wrong. If it was, it's only 4 hours away from me. Road trip. ❤❤❤ (Just read the description and it is in NYC, next weekend I'm going on a 4 hour car ride.)

Wow , I can appreciate all the hard work . I love how well everyone works together! This whole video should be on a loop out side for people to watch while they wAit. I would love to buy from you one day.
I'm moving to Mexico because where I am we don't get street food as such unless you travel for it and I wish we did to show how amazing all cuisine can be..this shows worker who are top of the class and great cooks..im very impressed by the video
Everything looks delicious. Definitely a group that knows what they're doing. Have it down to a science and know how to work together. Nothing but respect.
the experience once with a couple in guadalajara came from denver did not speak Spanish and I translated and explained the cuts in some tacos left very happy and I was very happy to help you enjoy Mexican food greeting my American friends
Mexican gastronomy is surprising ! it's mainly based on grains, vegetables and fruits as well as farmed animals like chicken, fish and also cow we don't eat wildlife animals and I'm very proud of that. Viva Mexico 🇲🇽 ! 👩🌾👷👩🔧👮👩⚕️🏔️🏜️🏖️🌁
Oh my... Looks so delicious!! I'm pretty sure feeling you get when seeing this truck for adult's is the same as seeing the ice cream truck for children!! So Yummy!
Omg my friend told me about this place, we went and I can say hands down best Tacos I have ever had. They should really open up to Uber or make a restaurant and market this stuff maybe sometime in the future. Everything from the texture of the beef almost melting in your mouth and the soft chew of the taco tortillas to the balance of heat, acidity, sweetness, and umami is perfect. Words cannot express the experience. If you have one near you, I would highly recommend, I went in as a burrito lover came out a taco lover ❤.
One time standing in line we all get the alert that it's about to thunderstorm. About 15 min later you see 25 30 people waiting in the damn pouring rain for tacos and consommé. That's how I knew the love was real.
Such detailed video from begginning to end 👌🏽 My mouth watered just watching how they prepared all the tacos, quesa-birria 🤤 all the hard working people 💪🏾 Eso es todo Raza! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I love Consomme. Whenever I cook, I hate to throw out the drippings, because all of the flavor is in there. My kids think it is fat and greasy. Well that is what you use for good gravy! I love how they dip the tortillas in the drippings, and serve the food with the consomme. The best in the world.
Very good to see that NY has this kind of food. I live in San Diego and we have Tijuana minutes away. To open your eyes in the morning and say to your hubby to take you to a "birria place" its heaven for me. They even offer hand made tortillas, the ones that puff up. It's amazing! 🥩🌶🧄🥩
Herman@s mexican@s.
Omg, this is one of the most delicious looking dishes I have ever seen on this channel. Too bad I live across the country; or maybe not, because I would be there every day!
Making it yourself is not difficult. Use chuck and some shank, both cheap cuts. All the other ingredients are inexpensive. You'll need a blender too. But it's a simple braised dish otherwise. Fresh tortillas help
