She filed for divorce and a restraining order. Those take time to go through court. I guess just requesting them is not enough. He got to her before it could even go on the radar. So that made him still next of kin. But she had said she did not want to be cremated. That is fishy on top of fishy. The funeral home that cremated her has apparently done this before, gotten in trouble for cremating when they should not. I wonder who else has been through that funeral home.

A COURT ORDER FROM THE JUDGE SHOULD WEIGH HEAVELY WITHIN THE COURTS....yet, Idk the laws down there. I got in my car today and KLOVE was playing the song, “Rise up” and of course I thought of Mica and pictured her glowing face singing to her God. She has certainly touched my life. There was no pretense about her. I loved that she dressed modestly and showed respect in every way. She truly was one of a kind. She is in a beautiful place now. ❤

I caught that contraction also. I was in a very similar situation with my husband and when it was coming to the end and he knew I was leaving he kept telling everyone I was suicidal and needed to be put on medication. He even demanded he attend one of my doctors appointment to make sure I asked for medication. This is not a new storyline he’s putting out there - it’s the same tactics that’s ex’s have been using for years when their spouse wakes up and can’t take their crap anymore. The narcissist can’t believe they are the problem so it has to be the spouse! I also had to get a protection order which the judge gave me 5 years then I went back and got it extended for another 2 years which covered my daughter until she was 18. Now she can tell him to shove it if she wants - which she has. These people will call everyone else a liar - just like he has already started doing.

I think it's because, like most of us, I want the truth to come out, and justice for Micah. I feel so sad for her. She was at the epogy of her life. He wasn't served because she died before the thing could get put through by a judge. It hadn't been officialized so was not in the record yet. Almost as though he acted before it could be cleared by a judge. Like maybe one if his many connections in law enforcement or the legal community knew about it and gave him a call.
