Since you guys seemed to like my Niko edit I thought I'd go ahead and make another. Here is a video edit in tribute to an awesome videogame character, Michael De Santa. Although many have criticised GTA V's storyline, I really enjoyed it and have replayed the story countless times. I found Michael's arc hilarious with a good underlying heart to it and I really liked the backstory. Although Niko Bellic takes the crown as my favourite rockstar character, Michael is certainly up there and so I just had to make an edit for him.

a wise man, someone who got the balls to accept his flaws, did a hell lot of mistakes but he's man enough to face them. He never claimed to be an angel, shows his imperfections genuinely, understands how messed up life is despite the fairytale garbage people like to believe who have never been in his position, and will teach you a lot of things about life and how to be better, cause he doesn't want young people to go the path he did. He's not the ideal of what people strive for, but ultimately, he gave his best shot to become better and learn from his past failures.

there is two things GTA V taught me 1- money doesn’t buy your happiness 2- the American dream is garbage And it’s really sad that the majority of GTA V Fan base and rockstar games doesn’t appreciate the story mode and the only reason the re-releasing gta v for the next gen it’s because the huge success of the online mode. I think rockstar games really living the American dream HUH.

Michael is the most overlooked character the majority of the time. Most people love Franklin but i dont understand why. Michael is the most humbling, knowledgable and relatable character in all of gta history. He has it all yet it's all a mess.

fans don't even pay attention to game endings and choose C just because it's the good ending. The ending with Michael's murder shows us no longer a one-off action movie, but a real crime drama.

honestly I find Michael's death to be very poetic, obviously it hits hard how he was finally getting his life back together and then he gets killed by Franklin, the guy who he treated like a son, but I love how everything that happened in the story was somewhat foreshadowing Michael's death in a way. first he pulled down Madrazo's house and that got him back into the criminal life, then he starts doing crimes again and made Trevor able to track him down therefore getting back into Michael's life making it even more hell than before, then he was forced to work with the FIB and starts doing even more bigger heists, every action he takes gets him into even more mess and eventually led to his death. also the fact that he "escaped" death once makes his actual death feel even more powerful, Rockstar is a genius when it comes to making well-written stories and characters. or maybe I'm just glazing

0:28 to 0:33 sounds like loading into GTA Online; Staring miserably at the clouds or doing only God knows what. 1:14 is how I feel about Rockstar right now. Sums up the love/hate relationship between players and Online and between players and Rockstar. In Online, I'm rich and miserable. I want to quit, but I keep getting pulled back in somehow for "one more score" in one way or another.

When i first played RDR2 and i heard Micah say: “I’m a survivor, a survivor black lung, in life that’s all there is. Living and dying. Winning and losing.” I remembered Michael saying: “Surviving is winning. Everything else is bullshit. Fairy tales spun by people too afraid to look life in the eye. Whatever it takes kid, survive!”. I love Michael, he is my favorite character in GTA V, but he is a Micah, and never a Arthur.

I make game music videos for gta as well. I am extremely impressed by how you made this. You actually went to the level of editing the dialogue and syncing it perfect with the scenes and moments. Very well done👏 Edit: a song I think you could do very well is the song In This Shirt. Sounds cinematic and you can make a good sad edit out of it you earned a new sub btw

This video and some other videos made me play GTA 5 had to give GTA 5 a try cus I ended at the GTA 4 on GTA series and believe me when I tried it I was impressed with the way gta gave the story mod characters freedom to roam and you can interact with them 2 bad it becomes boring when you finish the game but I discovered director mode pretty cool feature
