That looks amazing. On your way back home, check out the salt and malt in Chew Valley. Mstar chef Josh Eggleston is part owner, and you won't find a better haddock and chips with garden peas and tartar sauce anywhere. Sat on the bank of the reservoir eating out of a box which has no grease marks when you've finished it. Heaven

Really enjoy your vids, but you need to sort your sound out. The backing track is often far too loud, I’m constantly juggling the volume controls, sometimes within the same vid!

Peace level: Effin increased 👌🏻 I’m not the chef here, but if you don’t want your fried wedges blackened, I microwave the potatoes before slicing with a serrated knife for maximum roughness before frying 🤫
