Would be great if you Showed it in Action- such as How to's - What it looks like to select the Arrow to Open the Contact Card- and what additional info is offered regarding that Telescope when wanting more info on that phrase--etc-- Good start though

Does the person choose the wording of their availability? In the first example, the narrator states that Matteo Ricci is busy but will be available AT 11:00, while the actual note says he is available UNTIL 11:00. Is this just a matter of context and interpretation?

Outlook does not provide a provision to create recurring e-mail messages.You can set up appointments and tasks as recurring events, you cannot create a recurring e-mail message. You can use Visual Basic Script and the recurrence settings of a task to automatically generate a recurring e-mail message

Is it yewtoob fucked up again or there is something suspicious going on?
You've informed us on a few of the things that Outlook is capable of doing. However, you haven't really demonstrated how to actually perform these functions. It's just my opinion, but it's a poorly executed video, and it's of little utility to those of us who are watching it to become more proficient in using the application.
