does this mean each person in the meeting is 4.00 per person?

I really have to ask: why go through all this work just to get a non-optimal teams set up when you can just go full M365 with M365 Business Basic for $2 more per user and have full integration with all M365 services and mail managed and kept in just one place? What is the use case?

It's a fair point and you could actually save $4 per user per month (+$2-$6) taking that approach. This is a common request and starting point though - to add an online meeting service to an existing email service.

@@MSFTMechanics my work is a Microsoft partner and will read up on this but we have never gotten this question except from customers with on-prem exchange and for them moving to M365 has been the natural choice both with exchange hosted by us or own servers to reduce complexity and cost. The not so many customers who are in the Google camp choose Google meet for video meetings. Or Zoom. But this makes sense if you want to gradually win them over teasing integration but just allowing the basics. 😉

It's a direct message my friend, it's less about whether it's necessary or not, and more about showing the customer that they can choose, there's no empty gap.

After setting ForwardingSMTPAddress from office 365 side , only o365 received email will be forwarded to gmail. Teams created meeting email will not forward to gmail as this kind email is not received email. So it does not sync teams calendar to gmail. It is not a worked solution

But Teams is already part of Microsoft 365 Business basic plan for just $5 . Just want to understand why would a customer go for this plan when he can get office 365 apps plus teams for just $5 ?
