Do you see the wrinkles under my eyes? 😉 Look in the mirror when practicing these exercises. If they create the wrinkles under your eyes, you do them in a wrong way. 😉

But honestly will these go away without fillers? If I can improve them by 90% with face yoga alone I'd be happy with that.

Hi! Yes, these are great exercises for the malar bags too, especially the first one. At the same time, I'd recommend to add several more as well as some recommendations regarding the lifestyle and nutrition. I'll make an additional video 😉

Talking about genetic lines, it's definitely an issue harder to work on, though these exercises could diminish the depth of the lines as you work on the muscle structure.

It's a good idea. Anyway, while doing face yoga exercises correctly, you shouldn't form other wrinkles... Don't forget to look in the mirror and control the forming of the other wrinkles... There shouldn't be!

Puffy eyes come not from exercises. Do your kidneys work well? Maybe you eat much salt. As for wrinkles, try to fix your eyes with your fingers, like in my #shorts video. It should help.

The fact that you've got these lines, tells about the genetic specificity of your face to develop them or about some faults of your lifestyle ( like too much fatigue). In both cases, these exercises are efficient, if you do them twice a day every day. Plus to this, if you don't sleep much and well, you need to solve this problem,too. Kind regards. 💞

yeah , actually i think it's ftom my life style.. my parents and my grandparents they don't have this ptoblem only me i got it when i got sick and i lost a lot of weight then i got them and even though my weight now is perfect i still have them in my face .. also the lines that i have are not coming from the corner of the eye .. i'll try to do it twice a day and organize my sleep routine and i hope to get rid off them 🥺
