Yes this is 100% on Sandy Alderson. He has not picked one reliable bat in the draft and he dropped the ball on Harvey. Should've traded him for a boatload of prospects after the world series in 2015.

I refuse to go to the ballpark until they fire Alderson and David Wright's contract is up. Say what you want about Alderson being their puppet, he is absolutely incompetent. The Mets are still above average in terms of payroll and they pay David Wright 20 mill a year. He should've traded Harvey and Matz after the WS because having Flores and Tejada in your starting lineup is unacceptable. Alderson also drafted Gavin Ceccini over Corey Seager. I do realize that the decision to sign David Wright wasn't likely his; but he has more than enough power in terms of the draft and making trades. He must be fired.
