Milk porridge with cheese / Quick, easy and very tasty
Products
Fresh milk - 500 ml.
Butter - 50 gr.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Cheese - 150 g.
Salt - 20 gr.
Pepper
Paprika
Method of preparation
Heat the oil with a little oil.
Fry the flour for 1 minute.
Add the warmed milk and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the eggs, little by little.
Add the shredded cheese and turn off the stove.
Fry 1 tsp red pepper in a little hot oil.
When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and add the fried red pepper.
