Just want to share it here some facts about Minato and why the Raikage has been grumpy about Minato and had always had Bee under security watch. Minato used scrolls to store hundreds of his special kunai which can be seen briefly in an episode when he decided to face 1000 shinobi alone and he asked fellow shinobi to scatter the said kunais all over the battlefield. I mean it's physically impossible even in Naruto Universe or anyone to carry hundreds if not thousands of kunais. Second, no shinobi from other nations dare to take Minato's kunais home because it would allow Minato to instantly teleport to that place, assassinate someone then immediately teleport back to Konoha in a flash. That's why no one bother to take one home to study or etc. This then connects the reason why A is so grumpy towards Minato. The battle was never meant to be but A pushed and not only did he get beaten at his speed, Minato was able to mark Bee's tentacle which also mean Minato was able to mark the Eight Tails too. This in theory means Minato could easily teleport to Bee, assassinate him in a split second. Also, the jutsu formula never goes away unless (only exception Obito becoming 10 Tails Jinchurinki) so it's always been there. Speculation also arose was when the 4 Kages came to battle, Minato was able to get there first because he teleported to where the Eight Tails was and then swiftly teleport the Tail Beast Bomb as well. This then offers another answer to the distance limit of flying thunder god kunai to be a few kilometers only - not literally from one corner to another corner of the world because if it could, Minato could have done it when resurrected at Uzumaki hideout. All in all, this guy is an unexplored underrared Hokage who can be way more powerful given that his prime years fully never arrived.

The raikage's speed seemed to stop when Minato threw the kunai. that indicates his movement is usually already fast. not just because of teleport jutsu

Minato would've kill this two a hundred times over. Minato skills at this scene 1. Hiraishin (perfect counter for A's speed) 2. Rasengan (if Minato was serious in killing them, then that lock mate with B will never happen. He could have rasengan Bee's ass and let's see if he can still have the strength to counter with a sword) 3. Sage mode (I think Minato already knows how to sage mode at this point knowingly his master is jiraiya. And also a good counter to A) 4. Uzumaki sealing jutsu (we all know that Minato learned the different types of sealing jutsu of the uzumaki clan and back from his fight with Obito in konoha he released kurama from obito's control. From this, we can assume that he can reseal or make Bee to loose connection to the 8th tails. This will be a perfect counter to jinjurichi like Bee)

To be honest what was a kunai ever gunna do against lightning armour. The only way I actually see him killing Ay is by doing what Naruto did to third Raikage or cutting his body in half with the portal jutsu that caught the beast bomb. His rasengan is big but it's probably not cutting through the lightning armour for a fatal blow. Reaper death seal is pretty much it.
