First of all, thank you for being here. This is your week 7 video for the Mindful Monday Series with me, Autumn from Ambuja Yoga. In this video I share a Chakra Mantra Meditation. I find mantra meditation one of the easiest forms of meditation to practice and maintain because the recitation of the mantra, or bija sounds in this case, give my mind something to focus on. It helps our nervous system and when we feel safe and calm we can make decisions that need to be made so we can live a life of our dreams. Why mantra meditation? It helps reduce stress, improves focus and increases energy. If you're on a spiritual path it can heighten your relationship with spirit/divine/source/god.
