Hello and welcome to this meditation to guide you home to your authentic self. It will help you connect with and grow to reach your deepest desires. Thank you for choosing me as your guide for your practice. Today I will guide you into a relaxed awareness of your current state of being, then look deeper into the sensations and desires of your heart.
It is often said that your mind wanders where your heart is. So, let's connect with where our heart is. Shift towards positivity, towards connecting to your authentic self, to your heart.
A weed to one person is a thing of beauty to another. How do you choose to see the world laid out in front of you?

Sarah-This was an amazing Metta practice. While I’ve practiced for a few years now, this meditation hit home-my true home. I can’t thank you enough. It’s now up to me to live in this light and know that while clouds are a temporary phenomenon, the light at the center lasts forever. Namaste.

@@TheMindfulMovement I am in too difficult overall state and situation for this to feel related - it is for the ones in a safe basic situation. I am alone and no Dr and being abused SOS! Is there a meditation acute, more empathic when in dire situation safe, please? Thank you.
