Nice work and difficult to find this quality of plywood in my country. Even I have quality tools such as Dewalt, Makita and Stanley but limited access this kind of materials for diy😢😢

Very clever, great job! But how will you tilt the blade?

So I'm thinking the blade wants to climb up. Your contraption needs some loose play so the bearings can rotate, isn't that going to be an issue with vibrations?

If you are threading into plywood, after drilling the hole it might help to put in some super glue into the hole to strength the wood fibers. Let it dry then thread it.
