And the crazy part Kayla is it’s not forced! His modal voice, talking voice, is low and baritonal- similar to Prince. But his singing voice and tone is high. That’s not easy to do at all.
His falsetto down to his low notes is enough to have you swooning 🤤🥵🥵🥵...he still has a wonderful voice and looks, but 90s Stokley could definitely get it with that stage presence 😍
As an 11year old who aspired to have vocals as cold as Stokley, this track was my practice piece...still is! (30 years later) LOL. The epitome of 90s R&B!
@tgotsoul thank you so much for posting these videos.... this was my favorite music show because they had to bring their a-game... no lip syncing was allowed!!! Please please keep finding these gems.... I'm your #1 fan💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

A lot of his aunt lips when you sing in the verse. But a lot of his ad lives, hes singing off. But again, I hate knowing that my nothing's just that as a singer myself. Back in the day, we could never sing off on nothing. When you sing and off, they'll stop you and make you do that. Do it right, but in his athletes, hes singing off. But anything goes in the 90s. You can sing off all you like, and the kids will accept it. If they don't know music, they don't know how to sing. Then they're gonna accept it. But for those who knows a singer's. They know a off note when they hear it
