Miss Colombia came off as overconfident to the point off arrogance throughout the course of the pageant and the judges have noticed that during the coronation night! Lol she came there as if she's already won. You rock Perez Hilton! Much love

Moments like this show the true character of people within those moments. Steve owned up to his mistake on live tv & in front of the theater full of people. Pia was humble & unsure about how to approach the situation. Congrats to Miss Philippines. Truly beautifully confident with a heart!

DEAREST GOOD MORNING AMERICA , IT WAS DONE FOR A REASON . MISS COLUMBIA APPEARED WITH HAVING A " BAD ATTITUDE " WITH BOTH OF HER HANDS TO HER HIPS , AS IF , HAVING TO SAY , WHO ARE YOU ? IT'S AN INSULTING FORM OF BODY LANGUAGE . SO THE JUDGES INSULTED HER IN RETURN . This video explains it all. "Miss Philippines is Miss Universe 2015". The crown was not taken from Miss Colombia. It was just "mistakenly" given to her at first. To all who says Miss Philippines doesn't deserve to win, tell it to the judges. Congratulations to Miss Philippines!

I am very impressed with Steve stood his ground and admitted his mistake. I am not going to thrown judgement on this Man. Most people would've run and hide and not admit their mistake. He did and I give him kudos for that. It shows that he is a Man with honor.

Why are people angry for a mistake a man who was hosting the show. The crown belonged to Miss Philippines before Miss Colombia got it by accident. I feel for all women in involved. But if people truly force this issue upon the ladies it's sad. Steve Harvey claimed it as his fault.

He had too to protect his career. First of all he had a commitment. For him to go out drinking and gambling the night before, was inappropriate. Steve Harvey missed rehearsals! That is a lack of respect to the pageant and to these women. He probably had a hangover. He mixed pleasure before business. No respect to himself and to these women.

+ImagiWanderLark. I'm from the Philippines. And saying good words to my country makes me proud. Pia Wurtzbach really deserves the crown. I'm not saying this because we have the same country. But what she shows to the judges and to all the people watching Miss Universe that she is confidently beautiful with a heart. She's classy but simple and I think that's her advantage.

September, 2017 now. It was a ghastly mistake which Steve did. He apologized. Miss Philippines was the winner, and rightly so. The Latinos there need not start a revolution. Pia Wurtzbach is certainly all that a Miss Universe should be. Gracious and humble.

Bravo for Perez Hilton. He's not afraid to voice out his opinion. At first I feel bad for Miss Columbia because she was embarassed. She thought she's the winner until Steve Harvey said there was a mistake. It shows that Miss Columbia cannot accept it. Well, Miss Columbia. If you truly understand ENGLISH. You are 1st-runner up. If the reigning queen can't fulfill her job as Miss Universe. The 1st-runner up will take the step and finish the job. That's why you don't deserve the crown. Very arrogant. you think you latinas were superior in everything.

+Jeramie Sumalpong You're right about the pride of some Latinas about beauty pageants. Just because they have won many, many times on the world stage of beauty pageants does not mean that they will always take the crown. Other beauties from other nations deserve to be recognized too, especially when they demonstrate that they have the complete package. People will have to be blind or stubbornly biased not to notice that Miss Philippines is elegantly beautiful and exudes warmth...She ultimately proved to everyone that she is intelligent as well.

The judge has spoken. They didn't vote for Columbia and for many reasons. I think it's best to accept the loss no matter how hard and be gracious about it. The mistake by Steve was unfortunate but truth be told.

The history repeats itself for Philippines. In May 2023... Miss World Universe International 2023 held in Vietnam, Myanmar was accidentally declared the winner and the Philippines was 1st runner up, but the host corrected the mistake right away... Philippines declared the real winner.
