I just finished Mistborn era 1 a few days ago now, and it’s definitely one of the best series I’ve ever read with the Lord Ruler being one of the best “villains” I’ve ever encountered. By the end of The Well of Ascension I understood him, but by the end of The Hero of Ages, I respected him and his genuine attempts to keep the world safe

Personally one of my favorite underrated character in fantasy books. Also, great video, really good fantasy channels are rare.

Great video. I'm love your breakdown and analysis. Would love to see you do: Jorge Ancrath, and Anomander Rake. And Kelsier is my favorite from mistborn.

uff favorite mistborn character is kinda hard to answer. I love Breeze's and Hams's banter (I actually really like both) but it kinda is hard to miss how spook grows up. in book one he's the shy kid with a completely incomprehensible accent. In book two he's your typical teenagher but still a capable tineye. He gets more outspoken and usually more outspoken, especially with Clubs. you know typical teenager. And his story arc in the northern dominion is just awesome. How he first falls for ruin posing as kelsier but then is the first to realize HOW thorough haemalurgic spikes are. the tiniest piece of metal gives ruin influence. In the end it's his hint, his message to Vin that gives Marsh the information how to safe Vin. Plus I love how he despite having ruin in Kelsier's form screaming in his ear keeps his promise to Beldre that he will ty to save her brother despite what he did on nothing but a hunch he might be under the same influence as spook.

Sazed and Vin and Elend. The holy Trinity. I love em all in equality. Kel's a close second. Also it ain't right that tlr has only 2 or 3 pics which do him little justice
