How do you get fan only? No heat, no cool, no dehumidifier...just fan.

I was confused at first …thank you…

If you put the fan on automatic mode, what exactly does that mean? Does it adjust the temperature to what degree I want and automatically go to that and keep it that way? Say I put the fan at 70 and set it to automatic--does that mean that the unit will adjust the room temperature to 70 and keep it that way?

I am very confused still. Say I want my room at 68 degrees. What should my settings be set at?
