When we didn't have enough money to make it through the month, we had to find simple, quick, delicious but inexpensive meal ideas. Every Saturday my father gave me a place in his kitchen. I could create dishes for the family but very often we cooked together and so we enjoyed creating together. This is where my love for food began. The basic recipe is simple, a 3 ingredient recipe, just mix pasta, tomato, onion! And that's all ! You will have delicious pasta pancakes, without eggs, without cheese. Or you can add some aromatic herbs and garnish with cheese to eat it as a burger. Believe me, it's delicious and allows you to use up leftovers! Good tasting !
