What clutch setup did you use for this? I've been looking at the XAT swap kit and want to run a reflashed ecu from ALL4SWAP that yields 10% extra tq/hp, which I guesstimate will give me about 320hp/350tq crank. I'm using a w58 because that's what I have. Considering an exedy stage 1 organic, but it says it's rated for 275tq at the wheels. Don't know if it will be enough, but I also don't want to shock load my poor little trans. Thanks!

I got a 1jz gte none vvti on a wagon cressida.. One guy in my uni tryina act tough talking trash about my swap & he challenged for a race..my rival is a 3uz swap in a nissan z.. It will take place one month form now.. i need to win this man!! So what do you advised me to do.. tune the stock 1jz twin turbo with a unichip or go for a single turbo? Sorry for the book man.. but i need your help and advise.. this race mean the world to me man!
Ghost of Sparta when you race the 3uz swapped nissan it will all come down to the driver. The 1j and 3uz have similar power but the power delivery is different. 3uz power comes on quick down low but falls off over 6k rpm. The 1j builds power around 4K. If the 3uz is manual and he didn’t install an automatic transmission emulator you will beat him. He will be down by 50 hp/ 50 tq.
