The worst 'combination' nutshot I ever saw was on BJ Surhoff of the Brewers sometime in the early 90's. They were playing the Blue Jays and Surhoff was catching. He took one in the nads, went down, got up and finished the inning. Unfortunately, he batted first in the next inning and took a deflected curve ball right up Main Street for his second nutshot in five minutes. Every guy watching that must have been crossing his legs. Ouch.

Trainer: " Where did it hit you" , Catcher: "In the nuts" .... Trainer:" Well this is awkward, do you want me to rub it or.....?"

as someone who played baseball when I was younger, I can say that it's not the original impact that hurts the most, it's a few seconds later when it feels like your balls have been kicked up into your stomach

The way the announcers dance around these nut shots is almost humorous. Meanwhile every guy watching is cringing and every woman is hoping that poor guy has had all the kids he ever planned on.

At 1:02 it might be seen as an unnecessary roll, but I've been hit there even with a cup, you want to do anything to get the pain away, even rolling.

When I played in youth league in my teens, in one game our catcher took one there. It broke the cup!!!! He was screeeeaaammiing! We knew it would hurt but couldn’t understand why the nonstop screaming.....till he was able to reach in his pants and pull out the two HALVES of the cup! Split the cup down the middle from a missed fastball. I was at shortstop and I still feel that nutshot to this day.

There's always a few seconds of delay and then the slumping over onto the ground in agony. As a former first baseman, with all of those rushed throws in the dirt taking weird hops, I too have felt the indescribable pain of the dreaded nutshot. More than once.

Hate that there’s enough of these to make a compilation, but I sure as hell watched it! 😎
