Great video; this is high level content and instruction being explained in such a way that makes it look easy and seamless. The footwork is superb being preformed so effortlessly by a “Glory World Champion” If your a kickboxing or MMa fighter this stuff is a gift. This type of drilling is priceless! Thank you and keep up the good work it’s very helpful during this time away from the gym!!!

It always amazes me how important shadowboxing/wrestling/fighting and using visualisation is. This corona break in everyday life might end up in more people realising the importance of solo training.
