Do you get less range since you got bigger wheels? Website says it doesn’t hurt the range but I don’t believe it:). Can you do range test or something please?
Ruslan Abbasov yes, I will try to do a range test. But my car charges to 285 miles at 90%, which is 316 miles at 100%...which is what the rated range is.
Marc Benton did you have model 3 before this? Reason I’m asking is I wonder if you can tell how well those wheels observing bumps on the road? Batter than 3 or...?
Ruslan Abbasov yes, I’ve owned 3 Model 3’s total. Check out some of my older videos, I show them all. As far as the Y ride quality, it rides very similar to my first red Model 3 (the LR RWD one). Doesn’t ride as good as the X but still rides nicely.
I. Just got my first model 3 performance 2020 full self driving white on white. I Came out of Mercedes c43 and only thing I miss at all is the exhaust. The good makes up for the bad though. Enjoy and good luck
Marc, awesome car, and perfect color! I'm debating between this config vs the performance. I drove a model 3 AWD and was mightily impressed, but I'm nervous I won't have the same sentiment for the Y. How do you think they compare?
Like to see what is the weight on those 20" rims. I wonder if it better to buy just buy after market 18 or 19 rims for the model Y or better yet just slap on the 18" model 3 rims in the Y 👍.

I want to see you on the cyber truck you’re going to look really good. I hope it grows on you by the time it comes out. And hopefully 500 miles of range would be enough not to worry about charging too many times.

Marc Benton I really like Andrew! I met him at Tesla Corsica in Buttonwillow last summer when it was over 110°! I took a picture on the way home of an even hotter temperature.

Check out a video that TeslaRaj did on that. He actually sat in the car and measured the height with a tape measure. It's one of his last Model Y videos.
I’m so tired of the same old Tesla videos that it’s time for a fresh set of eyes to watch all of these accessories, comparisons and tear downs. The heat pump in the Y is really interesting, I’m glad that DAErik took his frunk out and showed it off. But, now that’s done too.
@@marc_benton Being an in home servicer, I have been taking alot of precautions. I wear a mask, gloves, and Fresh clothes as often as I can change. I keep my distance and use hand sanitizer multiple times for each job. I feel like I am on the moon when I am out driving. I wish I had a Model Y to test. Bad timing for my life. But, I have one of only a handful of new Mini Cooper Electrics delivered in the states (3 EVs in the family!) And, I gotta tell you, this car is AWESOME! 😁👍
@Tech Forum I've been watching your Mini vids. :) Model Y is the best Tesla made IMO, its fantastic. There are some fit and fitment things much like my early VIN 89 Model 3 but they are better for sure overall. But the car as a whole is fantastic, the view out of the back seats is amazing. Been a follower for a min so I’ll look forward to the next one. I still want a SR for Turo but my heart is set on the performance one , so glad to see you in one again. Have you done any work on it yet ?
