I opened one pack with a Sword of Hearth and Home, and an Imperial recruiter with a foil rare. And I suddenly had a feeling I should buy a box, but Instead I live vicariously through these videos.

Friends pulled 7 fetches in a set box. 1 of each misty variant and one each of the others. It was wild.

Very happy with my box and pumped to finally get on a video!

If you added in the rest you would be above 325.00 with many increase cards. Keep in mind this is mid average not buy list.

The one thing your missing is the Reprints are only in the collector booster packs (Force of Negation, Urza, LHA....)!

I did one set booster box. Only pulled 4 fetches. But can’t complain - 1 reg frame Scalding Tarn, 1 reg frame Marsh Flats, 1 reg frame Misty Rainforest, and 1 retro frame regular foiling Misty Rainforest. Some decent rares and mythics outside of the fetches

I got 4 fetchlands out of my draft booster box! 1 retro frame Scalding Tarn and one regular border one, a Marsh Flats and an Arid Mesa.

The collector boxes are the only place not just to get etched cards, but also to get the old-border foils from Modern Horizons 1. Especially Force of Negation and Urza are crazy expensive right now. The set and draft boxes, on the other hand, are now the only place you can get regular foil rares, there aren't regular foil rares in the collector boxes. So those will be a bit more rare again.

In my draft boosters box I pulled 5 fetches (one foil and one retro) and 10 mythics (including extended art cobal coffers and normal ragavan).

That rackdos card is call John Jacob jinglehiemer shmitts.

I bought one pack and got a 20$ mythic and urzas saga. My friend got some as well and got suspend and some other bulk rare.

Collectors packs are worth the price with the many diff fetch lands with etching etc. Draft is nice though for drafting.

In my prerelease pack i found 2 verdant catacombs (One regular and One old frame) and 3 mythics (mirari's wake, the squirrel and the One eyed guys foil), unbelievable

Low sample size Rudy. I opened 1 Set box that had 5 fetches. Now they were doubles, 2 Arid misasa and 2 black green but it is possible and black white. However, by the same token, I only had 4 mythic in the box so I guess that was the trade-off and they were not the money cards. It's the fetches that made up the difference in price point for the box.

i have opened a set booster box and a collector booster box with 5 fetches, have not opened any draft booster boxes though

My first set box pulled all 5 fetches. Was like what the heck, are they all like this ?! Lol quickly realized they weren't. Was a pleasant surprise though !

I got one of each fetch in a set box, but only 6 mythics so it feels like boxes either have a bunch of mythics, or a bunch of fetches

its anecdotal but i bought 2 set boosters 1 box was 3 fetches (1 retro framed) and the other box had 5 fetches (1 retro frame). probably a better chance with set boosters since you can get more rares per pack than the draft boosters but that was my experience with it

My draft box of Modern Horizons 2 had 4 fetch lands. All except Misty.... Some of the duplication was really weird though, felt like there was a lot of duplication in it.

For the Sol Talisman, the reason it seems like it would be or at least looks like a Mox, is cuz it's by the same artist that did OG Mox Opal, newer Chrome Mox, FOTV Mox Diamond, and a version of MTGO Moxen.

1 in my play ground got 6 fetch lands in 1 booster box XD with 2 old school with 1 of them being foil

I have opened 5 boxes its a 30% chance of getting a rare/mythic in the reprint slot with 1-2 mythic reprints per box and about 6 normal mythics a box.

Cold foils only in collector boxes and 8 majestics in a box, this seems like a reaction to competition. Which is great for consumers, nobody is going to complain about more Majestic/mythic cards in a box that plays the game.

Prefer watching draft boxes. Not sure why there are comments asking for collectors. Watching the shiny boxes of shiny things with wacky borders is extremely boring. When something cool comes out of the draft box it's exciting. When something cool comes out of the collectors it's like yeah, well, it better have that.

Bear market = buy more. Lower your cost basis. I'm hearing a lot of "bad" things from people about the Forgotten Realms set that's coming, mostly from people who have no clue about D&D especially old school D&D. People are all like "I don't understand the art", or "that evolving wilds card is ugly". IMO, unless the set is totally underpowered and sucks, Forgotten Realms collector boxes and set boxes prices will triple within 5 to 7 years. I'm buying as much as I can of MH2 and FR, and I'm sitting on it for 10 years. Also, off topic, I've been buying all the special edition D&D books. Check out the current price on the special edition core books from 2018 - currently over $400. I paid retail for my sets - $179.
