One for the algorithm seeing as Modern Warfare 2 Remastered was released yesterday! Made this about 3 years ago just for fun, took it down when my channel went in the SCP direction.

2:11 For those of you that do not know, broken arrow is when a unit is completely overrun, calling in for CAS on their position, taking themselves out as well as the enemy.

this actually gave me chills especially when the soldier is calling broken arrow the entire defense and fall of washington was by far my favorite part of the mw2 campaign and absolutely cannot wait to see it remastered but this video is just amazing at setting the tone just as the game did. awesome job

The “Broken Arrow” order gets me the most

That scene still gives me chills even thoug I first witnessed it 10 years ago. For non USA resident it seems scary to see one of the most important cities on earth being invaded by opposing forces. Best USA invasion in video game history in my opinion.

I remember my first time playing this level You started, unaware of where you were at, in some random trench. You come up from the ground still questioning where you were at and there it was, the Washington monument. You knew shit hit the fan harder than it was in the small Georgian town you were just in

If you waited long enough on that mission you can head over the radio “CIVILIANS ARE TAKING UP ARMS.” or something like that Pretty scary scenario

Oddly enough I actually really liked this.

Even though it's a video game, it's not far from reality. In this scene, most of the civilians were already evacuated. Still after that, the soldiers kept their ground to protect high value ponts from the hordes of enemies. Just like 8n Mogadishu, 1993, a.k.a. Black Hawk Down. ( I know it's a bad example, but I hope you get what I'm trying to say).

“RAMIREZ! TAKE OUT THAT BTR WITH YOUR COMBAT KNIFE!” I remember this one, found it by accident scrolling through some of your older videos. Animation looks good, and it really conveys the despair and desperation of the remaining troops on the ground. Nice work.

This really helps portray the sheer hopelessness of this situation. All the soldiers have is their duty and oaths. And buckets of ammo. Still, excellently done, man. Also, seeing the kid in the Chinook crying as DC burns makes me feel sympathy for a fictional universe. Really well done.

The audio alone is more haunting now than I remember

This is just beautifull. Imagine freaking Scp battle videos like this in the backround.

I love this because it represents the desperation of the units on the radio, that mission was always my favorite because it really hit a depressing and desperate type of vibe especially with the music in game.

MW2 is my favorite Modern Warfare, this is really awesome, keep up the good work

The DC missions have been one of the most surreal and emotional moments in a video game for me, especially considering this is a first person shooter.

With the amount of lead Ramirez eats, it makes complete sense that he would be classified as an SCP.

I love this mission especially when your right in front of the white house the dark red and black sky, the moon shining through the clouds and the white house a symbol of american government with the burnt and torn US flag still flying above it, a symbol of hope for the US soldiers to retake and connect to central command. I fucking love MW2

Dude... that end... it gave me chills... Also, amazing work. I'm glad you used the radio chatter, as it gives more depth to the video and the mission itself. Specially the "Broken Arrow" protocol mentioned there, that in the game is the protocol used for "Position Overrun. Direct any artillery and air unit to bombs this position." It really gives a sign on how much the soldiers are willing to sacrifice to stop the invasion. Disclaimer: not saying russians are bad guys per se. Just saying what I got from this and from the game.

Is it just me or does this look like the SCP Foundation guards and other military personnel joining in a fight that's an SCP classed as a apollygon

It's also made of rubber and it's origins are unknown Containment procedures: scp-5038 must be contained in a 6×6×6 room on a table and all kinds of air conditioning systems or vents must be closed to prevent scp-5038 from escaping Entry log: 4 class d were sent in the room and the bear gave out a scent that smelt like a type of fruit, one of the class d grabbed the bear and swallowed it, the class d then started choking and fell to the floor, fortunately he woke up and felt great, he said he even barley remembered what happened, so we put him in containment, the next to days we said he had felt nauseous, 2 hours later and he had fell on the floor wich then escalated to a seizure, and right then the bear busted out of he's chest along with 5 other bears, the bears then tried to attack the glass, but at that moment we had moved them back to there containment room. End log: after a lot of testing we came to the conclusion that when the bear is swallowed it uses the body as a host at the same time multiplying to other individuals. We also learned that it does not like heat, it's rubber with get soft and the bear will give a high pitched scream. And but not least when the bears jump out if the body they look for multiple more host to multiply
