you could also program a 330d N57 engine without dpf to 500+hp and without making smoke btw... Just a matter of time until cops catch them, at least in germany

I live in Germany and I have never witnessed a car getting pulled over for smoke. However there is plenty of these coal rollers here, even with much shittier cars like Ford and Peugeot.

90% of these diesels have been tuned so poorly/not looked after. Taking a car to a meet, which smokes more than your 60 year old soviet neighbour

Excess fuel is a bad tune. You don't need excess fuel for cooling while on stage 1/stage 2. Most of the time, stock intercooler does the job perfectly.

@@lel9460 Lol, excess fuel for cooling. I suggest you to look at some EGT vs AFR figures, with rich mixture and black smoke you actually enter the melty piston area. Safe tune with low temperatures is lean, not rich (complete opposite to petrol)
