Note: I didn't fix the double clicking issue because it's so finicky but since my model O didn't have any issues with double clicking I guess I'll use that for web surfing xD Edit: Swapped out the og omron switches for Kailh GM 4.0 switches and now it's much better!
nice mod! that is sick, do you know if the model O uses similar switches? I wonder if you could potentially swap out the switches for the logtiech to make it stop double clicking (might not be worth it tho)
@@theonebrick yeah its probably not worth haha xD IDK if it would fit at all but you can try swapping the board from the model O into the logitech xD probably not a good idea either
Do you think it would be worth it to use some universal glass skates on a G102? I'm replacing switches on mine and I'm thinking of replacing the stock feet as they don't really glide. I already tested various mousepads with different textures and materials.
Anything other than the stock feet will be much better! I haven't tried glass skates out myself but I've heard they're very fast/slippery (depends on the surface). Since you've tried many mosuepads, if you found one that you like, it should be even easier to make your choice :)
