Why would a child tell a parent she's being SAd while she's in the home of her abuser? Of course they wouldn't! That's like expecting a prisoner to complain about an abusive guard while in prison.
Uses having 4 kids as an excuse to not remember her kids birthday is just gross. My mom has 4 too and multiple grand babies she woule never forget our birthdays
I don't agree with that. I see a lot of parents that know crazy specific details about the day that their child was born, but forget birth years, ages. She's a POS as a mother.
This case just cements why I could never be a defense attorney. The fact that he glosses over the mom not believing her own child, and the fact he tries to say you shouldn’t believe kids when they talk about abuse with the investigator. He’s slimy and gross.

If the father had 'owed' alimony to the mother, he would have been hunted down by the police and thrown in prison, yet if the mother owes the cash - no promblemo! The defence are doing a very poor job of trying to get this CREEP off the hook and are grasping at straws!
I see a lot of people coming down on the defense attorney, but everyone deserves a fair trial and access to legal representation. It is vital that the defense attorney pokes holes wherever possible, seizes on every inconsistency, and points out anything that suggests a lack of credibility. All people must be presumed innocent until proven guilty. If things were not done this way there would be horrible miscarriages of justice. Juries would not be able to properly deliberate. Far more innocent would be jailed and far more guilty would go free. Don't attack the defense attorney. He's a part of the only system we have to ensure the best chance at justice (for all parties!). Instead, direct your vitriol at this disgusting predator and the people who refused to listen to or believe a young child who professed (and still professes!) to have been assaulted. They are the ones deserving of scorn. Not the attorney. My two cents, anyways.

As a mother of 3 if you asked me the ages of my children, I might flub it. 1. Because I want them to be young forever and 2. Because if I state their actual ages I realize how old I am and how grown they are. That being said, if you asked me the year and date my children were born, I wouldn't have to stop for one second and try to recall it. Those are the most special dates for me. To see her all over the place with most answers about her own child, it was clear she checked out as a mother a long time ago or was never interested in any of the kids at all.
I can’t stand this defense attorney. The judge constantly agreeing with him is annoying. And twice he stated his question was something it wasn’t the first time he said it.
I watch Judge Boyds court stream on RU-vid and she is a good judge. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in front of her you better make sure you follow the rules because she has no problem putting you in jail. Very fair but also very tough when the need arises.
All im saying is as soon as a kid of someone im dating accuses me of sa, im getting out of there. Never speaking to either ever again, and for some reason they stayed together... Guilty
@@FernVert it's a gut feeling and I followed THIS trial closely.. Lemon was accused various times as being a long time drug dealer . He didn't have any regular 9-5 job was always home.. Amanda worked a few days a week where did they get ALL their money?? Not to mention she sounds higher than a Georgia line on the witness stand.. she can't even answer questions appropriately

How can you not know where you lived and in wat time frame? I know where I was. Maybe off by a 1/2 year or so. But normally you know… n when something “bad” happens like a police report. I still believe the kid regardless. Her testimony doesn’t seem like it’s coached.
I thought the stepmom was perfect! She was NOT going to let that lawyer but words in her mouth, or twist them like he was trying to trip her up. At the 8:07 mark, he kept throwing her different years, I think she was getting lost in what he was asking for.

Don't know because when parents can't get along for a child sake allegations could and are made in hate for each other by parents, I think the father is a dick either way, if the new wife has to sneak visits with her mother behind his back that's a red flag, he seems very controlling and using support as a payment to see your child is not okay, it kind of makes me wounder if all this was a punishment for not paying the money to him. I don't know what the father is cable of, he's not a good cookie for sure. And Sorry if you don't agree with me but I think the father is that bad.

Nobody cares about YOUR time being wasted. It's not an airport, no need to announce your departure! It had great sound and visual (minus the opening statement.) The content topic is hard to listen to but the fact that justice was served, makes me happy! Judge Boyd is 1 of the best! You need to go touch grass, if you feel the need to complain about something NOBODY is forcing you to watch! 😂😂
I agree with the defense about the investigation being trash. I don't agree with the greed/jealousy motive. I also don't agree that Madison being "successful" is a sign that she wasn't abused. And if the defendant was successful, why didn't he help the mother fight for custody? The mother definitely didn't want her kids. Any of them. She gives off a pretty unfit parent vibe. But the crap investigation really bothers me. I would need more information. I have a reasonable doubt because of the state just not putting any real effort into this case. I would have needed more.
There is more YOU just don’t get to see it because there is a minor involved. So it doesn’t matter if you as a spectator has reasonable doubt because you are not someone that has access to the gory details of a minor’s information. The fact that this is at trial means there was enough detail and evidence to take it to court.
