So for the woman: you can proudly insult the court and it's orders with no recourse. While a man has to pay himself into poverty and debt or get ordered and sentenced to poverty and debt.

As a dad who is getting creamed by Child Support I’m almost always on the Dad’s side since the system is corrupt and against men, however, this guy appears to be a dirtbag who doesn’t support his kid(meaning my tax money supports the kid) and a convicted felon who is most likely engaging in harassing and threatening behavior. If I was this woman, I wouldn’t my kid around him at all. Sometimes, a child is best not to be around a dysfunctional parent(violent, criminal, mentally ill, abusive).

My son’s father and I split up when we were in our teens. He paid child support without a complaint and I allowed visitation whenever he wanted. We never talked badly about each other to our son and discussed what we needed to regarding my son only. We were more mature in our teens than these two are now. Our son is a well adjusted adult who has a great bond with both of us. Partly because we backed each other up when it came to punishment and he wasn’t put in the middle of adult problems which had nothing to do with him.

You are exactly right but the order amount is not enough they are basing it off minimum wage and he makes 15.00 an hour doesn’t pay rent only helps with the bills yet us mothers have to pay rent, bills, and all the cost that comes with raising a daughter like this mother does and 150.00 a month is not enough that is enough to feed her for a weeks time frame so I’m with the judge on this it should be 300.00 a month as the mother requested!

I cannot agree more, but the problem is that after the Civil rights era we had several generations where this altered English and 'street talk' was considered a racial cultural adaptation and schools and teachers ended up admonished for correcting speech. Parents who spoke perfect English felt bullied by other parents who agreed with this idea if having an identifying language, so children were no longer urged to speak properly at home, and the schools had their hands tied. They could put every other child who did not speak English as a first language into classes that taught proper English, and teachers could correct students who had immigrated from Mexico, South America, eastern Europe, the Middle East, China and so on and for the very most part they and their parents were happy for them to learn to speak proper English. The one type if student who would have benefitted from English as a second language classes, were these children if Americans, who had been in this country for generations but refused, at first to speak proper English and then not to teach their child understandable English and essentially invented a dialect of English no longer easily understood by English speakers and it sounds more and more ignorant as the mispronounced words, mis used or non existent grammer, made up words and so on became worse and worse over the generations of kids passed through school systems who were able too refuse to learn English. It got so bad, that a child achieving good grade that came to realize that they needed to speak well, when they tried were bullied into shutting up by peers. On top of several generations of very ignorant sounding like, and hard to understand children graduating from school finding it hard to get jobs because of their language abilities, we find many of these students are functionally illiterate simply because the English written in books they are required to read is nothing like their speech and language. Many tines when you are told that a student had high grades, or excelled in a trade and does not get the job they wanted they may yell about color of skin and discrimination but the truth is an employee needs to understand their employee and if it's a public facing job needs customers to understand. They need an employee who can read instructions and record information in writing in English and so many cannot do that. What they speak is not English, and I most places in the US English is required, including in school so schools need to be able to teach all students the language properly, and stop this street language or whatever it's called being acceptable.
