i can pu cows there to graze,just need small manor and barn,warehouse,garage for heavy equip,hay farm,fruits,helipad,even small airstrip,beef,67 ,H-earban piedmont,elba,frenchriviera,,elba,,Loch,freshwater for cows and hay irrigation myb
