Made for dinner tonight delicious . I used a sweet red pepper my wife won’t eat spicy I also added snow peas. Great recipe I liked better than some I’ve done by Chinese chefs. Cheers

You can easy see the Chinese influence and the Indian influence too. The Wok a very underestimate kitchen tool and can produce quick easy tasty good looking meals like this. My sort of grub tasty and not too unhealthy to boot.
