Quite a long match between Mongols and Rus, stretching into an imperial skirmish with lots of mixed units at the end. Mangonels were the game changers here.
As an intro, I wanted to point out why the horsemen rush would be the best strategy vs Rus, followed by Keshik and Mangudai in Feudal age. Most of my games vs. Rus were similar in the first 5-10 minutes of the games - Delaying town-centers, building a strong eco and an army consisting of cavalry.
Also, settling the debate whether to hunt deer as Mongols in order to delay your opponent. As you can see, every time I started hunting deer, I delayed my initial attack by quite a few seconds. Had I taken my units earlier, the outcome might have been even more in my favor.
When I noticed that my opponent was still standing strong, I also went for the second TC in the castle age. Without it, I think I wouldn't have been able to keep the momentum.
