Using Monistat 7 (coochie cream) to grow your hair? Yes ma'am! #issaHack
The active ingredient in Monistat 7, Miconazole Nitrate, has been proven to aid in increased hair growth. Mix the anti-fungal treatment with your favorite deep conditioner and go to natural based oils and apply treatment to the SCALP ONLY 2-3 times a week.
THINGS TO BE CAUTIOUS OF:
Treatment can cause headaches or bodily resistance if not diluted with oils and conditioners and if used excessively (do not use treatment for more than 4 consecutive months). Also, it can make the scalp very dry, causing itchiness and irritation, so make sure to keep your scalp oiled.

Sounds like ur blood was circulating which will cause itchyness. Section ur hair off & massage scalp then untangle hair. Next literally brush hair from scalp down to ends w old fashion brush. These minor steps addresses itchyness. Some ppl scalp loves touch & shall grow crazy hair! Some ppl scalp it hurts to brush. I bet ur scalp loves to be brushed & it shall show vibrancy full of life! @@chiccharie7494 I know that's right sis! Some of these naturals live by their fingers. I figure those are the 1's who were traumatized as a child from a parent. They act like they are scared of a brush or a comb. But for most brushing the scalp to end is a great feeling!

I am going to try a patch test to see if it works. I think this is best to start. My friend told me to mix and leave in hair like hair grease. No!

Good that you pointed that out not using it for long periods of time. I did this about four years ago for about 3 months. I went natural AGAIN 😌 and and I am start all over. Did you do any protective styles?

Oh yes, I LOVED protective styles while doing this (and just in general honestly lol). That will keep your hair moisturized/healthy and promote further growth

Hi, I saw your video where u put the ingredients together. How long can u use that? I guess my question is does it go bad? Did you have to refrigerate if until u use it again?

J. Nichole Lee Hi! My treatment mix would last me anywhere between 2-3 weeks and it never went bad or anything. I kept it in my hair supply cabinet at room temperature and never refrigerated it

Ale Rinella Yes, definitely! My hair is bleached blonde and I never had any problems. Just make sure you keep your hair moisturized because it can leave your scalp/hair dry and for us color treated girls we don’t want those kind of problems lol

Hi dear, is it safe for relax hair? What I did was take down my sew in weave give my hair a through wash allow to air dry. Then I mixed monistat 7 with my leave-in conditioner and coconut oil and apply it to my hair. So is it necessary to wash out?

Coretta Roberts Yes, you can use for relaxed hair. However, I don’t know about leaving the treatment in and not washing it out. I haven’t personally tried it, but I know many people who have commented has done it that way

You can use any deep conditioning treatment you have on hand. If I don’t have a deep conditioner I’ll usually make my own by mixing regular conditioner with a little honey and oil

What hair products do you use to mix up the magic? I've seen super grow, peppermint oil, and black castor oil mixed with it. I've also seen it mixed with Dr miracle hot 🔥 grow.

Marie Floyd I’ve never done it using the magic. But those that do mix it and apply it like they’re greasing their scalp I’ve heard. And all of the oils you mentioned are great for hair growth so you should be able to use them as well. Nana B. Yes I would definitely recommend doing so. I wouldn’t recommend using the treatment consistently over 3 three months

tyleshia smith yes I just used it as a scalp treatment. So I’d put it on, leave it on 30mins-1hr then wash it out and oil my scalp really good

cookie younger aka rea I personally wouldn’t just because you don’t know if any of the treatment will get stuck in your braids. Washing it out may also cause your braids to become frizzy. If you do I would just make sure to get ALLLL of the treatment out.

SELINA CHERRY Yes, anytime I put the treatment on I washed it out and applied oil to my scalp. I did the treatment twice a week, typically mid week (Tues or Wed) and then again on the weekend (Sat or Sun)

Initial thoughts: people have LOST their freaking minds! Before I try it, actually thinking it thru: At a shop, there is no assurance that EVERY product and EVERY nail of the shampoo girl is not anti-fungal. Hmmmm. Imma try it...why not?

Ikr! Trust me, I had my initial reservations.. lol. But it's amazing what you discover after a little research. Turns out the same antifungal property in Monistat promotes hair growth and decreases hair loss. I guess it's all about what makes more of a profit. But it's definitely legit! Give it a try! Let me know how it works for you
