Hey guys! Loi here. Today Toma and I had a climbing session at Montreal's newest gym named OffSite. We were most excited about trying out the new Tension Board 2 and it was crazy! Which boulder was your favourite? Let us know in the comments!

Bro I feel like hamstrings injuries are quite common in climbing, we're already 3 in my group to have had a tear like you. Swift recovery to you and keep up the great content !

The 6th handhold on Used V10 (starting handholds are 1st and 2nd), the hold that you guys were falling on, is not oriented correctly. It should be a gaston, rotated about 90° counterclockwise. You can see what I’m talking about by looking at the picture on the app. Not sure if this would make it easier or harder, but it for sure changes the sequence for the second half.

Yes we noticed that after! They adjusted it and Toma resent it and said it made it easier. The forced toe hook section was super dope tho!

great video! i have the same problem with sweaty hands. I recommend that you try and spray your hands with alcohol before you go climbing it has really helped me. I just use an alcohol based hand sanitizer

Another great video. What are your thoughts on the TB2 for a home-wall? I'm thinking of putting one in maybe next year and right now from what I've seen the TB2 is probably the best choice.

If you’re choosing a system board I think it’d be hard to beat but if I had unlimited budget I’d still probably go with a personalized spray wall. But that also depends on how much effort you want to put into it.

@@loiduongjrIf anything a spray wall would probably be cheaper lol. TB2 is pretty expensive (12k USD for the holds + lights for 10x12 I'm looking at). I don't want to always have to make up all my own climbs so I thought it looked like a really good middle ground.

@@ComputerManDanMiller I meant as in if I had infinite choice I would still go with a personal spray wall. If you can get a crew of friends to sesh on it with you that will help a lot!

@@loiduongjr how do you get enough calories with OMAD?? naturally heavier person? I would wither away i think

@@loganhaddox6808 if you eat big its enough but it really is a grind. I used to put down 3000 in a sitting so its possible. Not necessarily nutritionally useful to a say a 20-4 eating window but saves some time mostly.
